As he was on the ground under the eye one could see that he again had spirals instead of normal pupils and another trio of very small Zubat's circling around his head. He lifted up the egg.

Maybe there is Glitch orbs in this city that, if destroyed, will bring back everything to normal? The only way to find out is to search for them. Plus, civilians might have seen orbs, so if we save them we could have informations about what the Underworld is going on here.
