After a short time the crustle came back, having all the food on a tablet on some dishes
Krasnaya: <There you go. Colbur-pudding with Kelpsy-Berry, Chilan-Berry PokéBlocks and chocolate cake, bon apetit.>
As the Crustle had delivered the food, placing all dishes before their respective recipients she went away again as Alyesha came back, looking if Etran and his team found the food to be tasty.

-Etran, Siku, and Spintop dig in. After the first bite, Etran is the first to respond.-
Etran: This cake is amazing!
Spintop: ~So is this pudding! How's the Pokeblocks, Siku?~
Siku: <Spintop, ask Etran if we can get enough for the rest of the team.>
-Spintop translates for Siku.-
Etran: Agreed. Excuse me, can we get more Pokeblocks? I've got another four Pokemon that might like them.

Jubilife, yesterday
-To Jacob-
If we knew where Zrone's current base was I'd suggest raiding it to piss him off enough to send the Adminstrator after us, at which point we spring our trap and do our best to reduce it to scrap metal. For that, I'd suggest we use the Stormchaser.
Eating a Vanilluxe will give you frostbite.Jubilife
Jacob: -He thinks for a moment- "Verax and I can try and do some digging, see if we can locate him. But he's all but vanished after the last one. That's a relatively solid plan though. Any other ideas?"
"If there is no way to win, I will simply force a way."Jubilife, yesterday
Jason:If it comes to that, I can always piss him off enough to give chase?
-He shrugs-
But if the airship couldn't do a dent to that thing, who know what could.
Des is thinking idly.
"Hmmm, I wonder how Dune's holdin' up."
Dune...Dezi...such a cute couple. Real magentism between the two. Heh. Magnets.
"...Is The Administrator magnetic?"
GIVE ME YOUR FACEJubilife
(Belinda looks up from her phone, looking thoughtful.)
Belinda: What if you could somehow pull the armour off? If it's biomechanical like you said, there's presumably something squishy under all the metal. Does it have any tiny gaps in its armour, joint holes, anything like that?
(She pauses.)
Belinda: Then again, if it's headed for Sunyshore, we may have more than even that to worry about...
Tastes better on the way back down.Shinobi: <I was thinking of trying to lure it as well, but it sounds like this thing is crazy fast... It'd be pretty tricky>
-The Greninja with the scar turns to Belinda-
<How so?>
Siobahn: "I'm totally for anything that involves the airship."
Scheherezade: "Problem in Sunnyshore?"
-Additionally, there's a -blip- nearby, and a Gardevoir in a vampire hunter-esque garb carrying a crossbow lying on her shoulder, another Gardevoir, Balthazar, Robin, and a Golett appear in near the group.-
-... Before you ask, yes, that arc is now OFFICIALLY IN THE PAST. Thus they are free to exist elsewhere. Like here. Think of it like those stories which start where they end, then show how they got there. Except it suddenly switches from being a normal story to that in the middle of the book. Shut up...-
Ashen: ~Oi. I heard you lot had a monster problem?~
Balthazar: <Glitches.>
Ashen: <Don't rain on my parade.>
Scheherezade: "Oh, Balthazar, Robin, you're-"
-Gogmazios charges at Robin, bowling her over.-
Siobhan: -recalls Gogmazios.- "Bloody hell."
Robin: -is very freaked out.- <Again?>
Siobhan: -sighs- "Again... And here I though he outgrew that."

All are significantly abnormal in a normal world... All are significantly normal in an abnormal world.Orre, Silph Co. Labs, Earlier
Dune: Thanks for keeping an eye on Ludmilla longer than expected, Doc.
Dr. Mesquite: Oh, no worries. She was an absolutely voracious reader now that she's getting a grasp of the written word.
-Dr. Mesquite, Dune, and Deziree walk down the hall until they reach a door.-
Dr. Mesquite: Deziree, why don't you go in and explain the whole thing to her while I go over some of the physical with Dune?
Deziree: Er, hehe, okay. I'll just have to blank some of my thoughts on last night, hehe.
-She goes in as Dr. Mesquite's smile turns into a concerned frown.-
Dr. Mesquite: Dune, you should know something.
-She hands Dune a stack of papers. Some of the papers have green highlighter streaks on them. Dune takes a moment to look them over.-
Dune: "By order of the Child Protective Services of Sinnoh, Child 10-004, known as "Ludmilla", is hereby prohibited..." Prohibited from leaving Sinnoh for any reason until such a time where a proper containment facility may be found?! WHAT THE- *Ahem* Doc, what the goddamn hell is this?!
Dr. Mesquite: That room is soundproofed. I thought you'd react strongly.
Dune: Doc, they're- They're treating her like she's some sort of biohazard!
-Mesquite gives a sad nod.-
Dr. Mesquite: The law they're citing for that decision harkens back to an era I'd much rather forget, when anyone with powers, Auric, Psychic, and Obscuric, were looked at with suspicion. People called them "Houdini laws", and were put in place to "protect" people from both real psychics who abused their powers and fake psychics who were nothing more than scam artists. Trying to stop a plague that that didn't exist.
-Dune's face starts turning red.-
Dune: But she's a kid! She was abandoned in an illegal facility and lived off of Arceus-knows-what for months, if not years!
Dr. Mesquite: She is also suspected in several cases of extreme mental trauma that cropped up in Snowpoint for about a year before you found her.
-Dune can barely articulate.-
Dune: I- But- She- She's a kid! She was scared! All kids get scared! You can't blame her for that any more than a Whismur screaming your ear off!
-Dr. Mesquite puts a thin, wrinkled hand on Dune's should and pulls him close.-
Dr. Mesquite: I know that. Most of my associates in Sinnoh also know that. But I can tell you right now, something with this smells off.
Dune: ... What do you mean?
Dr. Mesquite: What I mean is that I've been with Silph Co. long enough to know what someone's putting a lean on a situation. Someone is trying to get Ludmilla out of your hands and into theirs. Possibly the people who abandoned her in the first place. Look at the second page.
-Dune flips a page of the stack over.-
Dune: ... I don't know what any of this means.
Dr. Mesquite: I had a friend of mine in Paranormal Research take a look at her. Wherever Ludmilla came from, they were trying really damn hard to cram the biggest amount of psychic potential they could into one human, right down to her genetic code. Dune, I found markers linking her to Ancient Illusio. I can guarantee whoever wants her back wants her bad.
Dune: I'm not giving her up.
Dr. Mesquite: I know you aren't, and that's why you have one option.
-Dr. Mesquite reaches over and pulls back the paper to the third page. Dune takes a deep breath through his nostrils when he recognizes the form.-
Dune: I'm gonna have to talk it over with Deziree.
-Mesquite pats Dune on the back.-
Dr. Mesquite: You may wanna get your own feelings sorted out first.

Jacob: -He shakes his head- "No idea if it's magnetic, and I mean, you could try to pull it's armor off. But doing so with Psychic abilities has proven to be impossible, even for a powerful psychic like Regina, and trying to do so up close to it is asking to be mauled. And no visible gaps that I could see. It's less like a robot wearing metal plate armor, which, I know I said it was like that, and more like it's hide IS plate mail. It's... complicated. Any gaps in the armor just have more armor under it."
CU - Twisted Operations
-After Verax places the helmet into the door, it glows and solidifies into the door-
-Before Mendel can respond a floating door rimmed in glowing aquamarine light appears in hallway-
Jacob: "... Um?"
-It opens up to reveal an additional room, a hot spring of sorts, the hot humid air pouring out of it, relaxing and rejuvenating all near it-
-Verax looks at it- "... Well, might as well see what the deal is." -He enters-

Jason:...well.
-He hops from his seat-
Look, like I've seen, a strong enough slash at least gouges the metal a little. What if, say...2 Mega-Gardevoir wrenched that gouge wide open? Even if there's more armor, there's one less layer, right? And if that doesn't work...cannons, right?
Ashen: <Hm?>
Balthazar: <Plate. Not Plate mail.>
Ashen: <And....?>
Balthazar: <It is irksome when people get it wrong.>
Ashen: <I see.>

-Jacob groans at Balthazar- "I knew that. I know this and I still slipped up. Plate mail just rolls off the tongue easier for me than plate armor."
-He shakes his head, then looks at Jason- "We could try. I dunno. It still had that scratch you gave it, though. Which is odd since when Regina pinned it under several tons of rock and water it repaired all its other damage. But we can see."

(Belinda deflates slightly on being informed her idea won't work. In response to those wondering what's happened in Sunyshore, she flips her phone to face them. On its screen is the headline of an online news article:)
- Entire populace evacuated until further notice
- Authorities declare state of emergency
- Full extent and nature of the threat unknown
Jubilife, yesterday
Jason:It does?
-Smirk-
Damn, hit harder than I thought.

-Senshi bonks him-
Senshi:<Cockyness.>
Jason:Yeow! I know, I know.

Jubilife, Yesterday
Selene: Guys, guys.
-The pink-drill-haired girl steps forward.-
Selene: I think we're all forgetting that Psychic powers come in many shapes, forms, and directions.
-She holds out a finger, its tip glowing with purple energy.-
Selene: Including one of the most powerful forces in the known universe.
-The purple swirl slowly turns black, and everything starts getting heavier. Clothes. Bodies. Air.-
Selene: I'm a... lot... better at this... as a Clefable... but...
-She releases the point of energy, and everything seems to spring back into place.-
Selene: My point still stands.
Scheherezade: "Well."
-Siobhan stares in confusion at Belinda's phone.-
-She pulls out her phone, goes to at least two different news sources, both of which say the same thing.-
Siobhan: "Uh... I'm going with that's not bull. Shiiiiit."
Ashen: -She pulls her crossbow off her shoulder, looks over it, then lays it back on her shoulder.- <Well, that's what we came here for, i'nit?> -To Jason- ~Hm. What were you doing when you gave it that slash, exactly?~

Jacob: "Technically Selene, gravity is a weaker force, you can beat it with magnetism and various other simple things, but your point stands. Though, Gravity didn't seem to slow it down before. But it'll be worth trying."
"If there is no way to win, I will simply force a way."Jubilife, Yesterday
-Selene throws her hands up and mumbles something about "stupid physics" and how "everything would be so much more fun with a Time Cube".-
Ashen: <Gravity is perfectly capable of being strong, if you have enough of it. I would know.>
All are significantly abnormal in a normal world... All are significantly normal in an abnormal world.Mezzo: <Hi. Do you want to know how bad my day has been?>

-The Jaegers, enjoying a bit of vacation, lie on their backs in a field of grass looking skyward. A southward wind blows over them, and they take a deep breath.-
—-!!!—-
-The trio bolt upright.-
Maxim: <Do hyu...?>
Oggie: <Hy do.>
Maxim: <Und hyu...?>
Dimo: <Defeeneetly.>
-Hearing enhanced. Muscles tense. Nostrils flared.-
Maxim: <Hy tink hy smell... Gleetches.>
Oggie: <Oh ho ho ho, brodder... Hy tink hy do too.>
Dimo: <Oh, dis vacation just got goot.>
-Mind racing. Legs twitching. Mouth salivating.-
Maxim: <Com on, zen, brodders. Eet's been TOO long! Eez time... to HUNT!

Etran: Well, that's nice to hear.
