-one of them, a female possessing a humanlike, dark-skinned torso and arms, wields an electric guitar powered by a visibly battered 18-volt battery. Her head and legs take after her Scyther DNA, and a pair of stubby wings are only barely visible behind her-

-the other, of indeterminate gender, appears rather more Scythery, their only visibly human traits being their light-skinned face and general body proportions-

-the latter holds their blades in a cautious, ready stance, sizing up the group. They address Mia-

????: <You should get back to the camp. The monster is enough trouble, we don't need to war with the humans right now.>

Hmm, the ones I remember from last time took more after the Scyther portion of their DNA, I guess those ones we met before were likely their soldier caste...

...Wait a minute, these things are varied in level of hybridization? Now we gotta establish how Mia looks, she's obviously a bit more Scyther-y than the original. Whip up something, Dan?

-Mia, who's somewhat in between the two - humanlike anatomy overall but with a horned head and fanged muzzle, large, curved Scyther blades down the sides of her arms from her elbow to her wrist, notable exoskeletal growths covering her chest and shoulders as well as encasing her waist (the latter forming a pesudo-abdomen the same size as a female Scyther's), Scytherlike lower legs and feet, and wings on her back - heads in closer to the others-

Mia: <They don't want war. They didn't even want to fight the monster. They just want to talk.>

Dave: And different prototype models survived too, this is even more of a game of [RUSSIAN] Roulette.

Ilya: <...Monster?>

-The Nizam Beast on the Left Wild Charges into Titan, dealing a bit of damage-

-The Nizam Beast on the Right's mask opens up to reveal fangs glistening with ice, which then attempt to bite down on Take-Mizuchi-

-Mendel while unable to see the Niazam Beasts' movepool, can see their reliance on Physical attacks.-

Mendel: Not so fast!

-Pythagoras waves his left arm causing a barrier of dense air to surround the group, reducing the damage from physical attacks.-

Ren: -dashing towards Verax- Izanagi!

-Izanagi summon his Spear-glaive as the Aron Pokesona slims up causing his speed to increase sharply attempting to swoop in front the Niazam Beast and to take the Ice Fang meant for Take-Mikazuchi.-

-Down smirks at Blitz, who just rolls his eyes and attempts to ignore the comment-

-Verax skids back, Izanagi protecting Take-Mikazuchi-

Verax: "Whew... thanks Ren!"

Jacob: -Seemingly only just noticing the faces on the weights binding the two shadows- ".... Pyro Jack, burn them, burn them to ash and let the cinders crumble in the wind."

Pyro Jack: <Hee hee!> -Wiggles and causes another gust of scalding wind-

-Ark sighs and sends out the rest of her Pokemon. Reaching down, she picks up the now snapped out of it Verigan.-

Ark: <It's this ones's fault. We were out.... gathering supplies, when Verigan tripped and knocked himself-> -she shakes the Eevee in question a bit. <-, Kiaran,> -she tilts her hear to Kiaran who has moved to her left shoulder- <and Barclay,-> -she glares a bit at the Herdier- < into an open... box.>

-Ark shifts somewhat uncomfortably as she struggles for words-

Ark: <Me and Ralli-> -the Rattata flicked her scruffy tail in acknowledgement- <had to go after them. The box was loaded onto the..... metal.... floating... box-thing... with other boxes inside of it.>

Ark: <By the time Ralli managed to chew the lid off of the box, we were at that... place. The docks.>

Barclay: <Aaaaaand then our valiant leader freaked out and fled because of all the humans happening to exist in the same proximity of her... what? That is basically what happened.>

-Ark and co minus Verigan glare at Barclay-

Ark: <Anyway... if you get to ask questions, then I do too. When we went into the metal floating box, we were in Castelia City, Unova. Where are we now?>

-Ark had so many questions to ask, but doing things one at time was more efficient. She mentally filed away the comment the bird made about the.... maybe-not-quite-human?-
