-to Tagg-
You worried about Sam? I mean, I assume that she was exposed to a lot more of that fear gas stuff than we were.
-to Sarah-
Hey, did you tell your mom about Eskay yet?

Mossdeep Center
-Sarah turns her head toward Rebecca without lifting it from the table-
Sarah: About him going missing, or about us having split a while back?
-Mossdeep Center-
Well you can't explain one without explaining the other, so…both?
Mossdeep Center
-She nods-
Sarah: Yeah, we told her about both. She had to do some pretty roundabout stuff to change official records so that we were two separate people, including getting me a new trainer ID. She also got one for Skye around the same time, come to think of it.
Slateport, Ambiguously Located Train Station
-As the group goes, they eventually come to a train that looks a bit differently built from most of the ones in the station-
-A Raichu wearing a train attendant outfit is standing outside the train and notices the attendant-
Raichu: <Welcome to the Excess Express, may I see your->
-Maggie shoves the tickets in the Raichu's paws-
Maggie: "Here. These ones good for today?"
Raichu: <Uh... yeah.>
<Then all of you watch your step, please.>
-Maggie boards the train-
-Crow's group, who is also here, since I forgot to mention, boards as well-

Okay, so she knows about the split, but what about the Kyogre? And the sword? And the power madness?
Shade is still under the influence of the nightmare gas. And believe it or not his dreams are of an interesting variety. One in particular falls in line with this.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WUhOnX8qt3I
As the previous video may suggest, Shade gets up and starts to sleepwalk, muttering, something along the lines of rainbows and unicorns. With periods of intense hatred torwards Lazaras for catching him unprepared and for harming his friends.

Mr Smith is pacing up and down his office again, talking on his Pokegear.
Mr Smith: Yes, yes, I know our next debriefing isn't on the schedule for another week. I wouldn't be interrupting you if it wasn't worth mentioning. I was just discussing workplace relations with one of my colleagues, and a name came up that you might recognise. Lucius Cain?
...
Mr Smith: I thought it rung a bell. Wasn't he-
...
Mr Smith: You're right, this is no reason to make a U-turn. I only wanted to inform you that others are looking into that particular piece of family business. One of my fellow administrators wants information on him and another individual going by Caroline Davis. She doesn't appear to have any connection to our own black sheep, but it might be safer to double-check.
...
Mr Smith: Understood. I'll keep you posted. Communication is the most important part of cooperation!
...
Mr Smith: ...Are you still there?
He sighs, then pockets his Pokegear and turns to Janis.
Mr Smith: Hung up on again. I'm really not sure how anybody could view that sort of behaviour as acceptable. It really grinds my gears sometimes...
Janis remains silent.
Mr Smith: Still, it's important to keep a positive attitude. I can't stay angry when I work in an office as nice as this one. Which reminds me, did you find any bugs?
Janis: Twenty-one. So far. I haven't finished searching yet.
Mr Smith: Hmm. I suppose trust has to be earned here at Neo-Illusion. Make sure you disable the bugs instead of destroying them; they're company property, after all, and these things don't grow on trees. Though you might have to put that search on hold for a while - we have fact-finding to do, and I don't think it can be done with an Intergoogles search.
Janis: ...Not my line of work.
Malamar: <Nor mine.>
Mr Smith: Not normally, no, but I think it might do us both good to step outside for a while. We can put the grunts to work in the office whilst we have a candid discussion about the future of our company.
He thinks for a moment.
Mr Smith: Oh, be a dear and shoot Alys a message telling her we'll be out of the office for a while, will you? I don't want another little incident like we had the other day.

Mossdeep City, yesterday
Gregson and Morstan are wandering around the city by themselves, having left Shun and Ferrier to their own devices in the Pokemon Center.
Gregson: <I've noticed you've been a lot more talkative since we came out here.>
Morstan: ~Not by choice. And telepathy doesn't exactly count as "talking".~
Gregson: <Even so, all the strange people and Pokemon around in this city have got you coming out of your shell a little - even if it's only to gawp at them. And Shun's gotten better about it too. Remember what he used to be like during investigations?>
Morstan nods.
Morstan: ~Still room for improvement.~
Gregson: <True. Work hasn't left him with much time for making friends. I'd give him a lecture about that if he could actually understand it. As it stands, there's not much I can do other than help him along and make sure he doesn't get himself caught up in something he can't handle.>
He stops mid-stride.
Gregson: <...Speaking of which, do you think it was okay to leave him alone with Ferrier?>
Morstan: ~They'll be fine.~
Mossdeep Pokemon Center, yesterday
Ferrier is piling up furniture to form a barricade in front of the entrance to Shun's room, ignoring the sounds of hammering on the door coming from within.
Shun: This isn't funny anymore, Ferrier! Let me out!
Ferrier: <It's for your own protection! If you leave now, you'll be stepping straight into the clutches of the Conspiracy and their Sunkern assassins!>
Mossdeep Pokemon Center, today
A very disgruntled-looking Shun is making his way down the stairs, accompanied by an abashed Gregson.
Shun: Next time I let you and Morstan out by yourselves, I would appreciate you giving me some indication as to when you plan to be back by.
Gregson: <Sorry. I wasn't expecting Ferrier to be so... Ferrier.>
He lowers his gaze to the floor, which Shun seems to take as a gesture of apology.
Shun: Never mind. In the grand scheme of things, missing out on a single day is hardly a significant loss.

Alys: Ariadne, I am this close to siccing the one-eyed gremlin on him.

From: Sarah
So, uh, Eskay's got himself swooning over some Kyogre who transformed himself into a human.
From: Mom
Aww, how sweet!! Tell him good luck for me!!
From: Sarah
Mom. He's a KYOGRE.
From: Mom
Skye's a Skarmory, isn't she? I don't see anything wrong with her relationship with Diane, and I don't have any problem with this one either. Unless you're jealous??
From: Sarah
THEY ONLY JUST MET.
From: Sarah
And I'm sure he's mature enough to realize whether it's a mistake or not.
From: Sarah
Fine... I'm just worried.
From: Sarah
Okay, this is bad. I ended up giving him a sword that made him go crazy. Accidentally!
From: Mom
Be careful with sharp objects, dear.
From: Sarah
The sharpness isn't the problem! The fact that he's now doing his best impression of Annoski is!
From: Mom
Okay, that is a big problem. I'll try to find him.
From: Sarah
Okay, thank you.
From: Sarah
So, uh... I think I'm gay. Like, more than just bi, you already knew that. I'm... sorta only attracted to girls?
From: Mom
Yeah, kinda figured. Your brother was a lot quicker than you were to admit it, you know. Still, so proud <3

Mossdeep Center - Tori's room
-After seeing all the texts about Lazarus yesterday, Tori has spent much of the day holed up in her room watching movies and snuggling a Cyndaquil to distract from her feelings of guilt-

Deziree: ... Um... Possibly?
Rill: <This is already off to a wonderful start.>
Deziree: Anyway! I'm gonna get this booted up for a world kinda sorta like ours. Only from what I can tell, there aren't any Pokemon. It's a bit weird, but at least the tech is mostly similar.
Dune: Alright. Just so long as we don't get caught up in a battle between aliens and monsters or whatever.

Mossdeep Pokemon Center
Shun tilts his head at Sarah slightly.
Shun: ...You are visibly perspiring and noticeably pale, suggesting to me that you are suffering from some form of anxiety. Your body language is furtive and you reacted to my presence with a startled response, as though expecting to encounter danger. Dark shadows under the eyes would indicate that you've not slept for at least twenty-four hours. All of this and more leads me to conclude that you are not, in fact, fine.
