Ever: (to Mezzo) Pretty sure they're Psychic.

(he returns his attention to the battle)

Pleth: -is Heal Blocked- <Hey! How would you like it if I debuffed you, steering wheel?>

-she's then hit by the Blizzard, and drops from the air- <WAUGH!>

Must: -moves to catch her, gritting his teeth as the Blizzard saps him down to the orange-

Pleth, Dragon Pulse on the Solrock! Must, Razor Leaf!

Pleth: <Right!> (shouting up to the Solrock) <Where I come from, you guys control the Earth! Consider this retroactive payback!>

Must: <Less talking, and more shooting these two out of the sky.>

Pleth: <Right.>

-Pleth and Must's eyes both flash, and Pleth leaps onto Must's head, exhaling a pulse of blue light up at the Solrock. Must, for his part, snaps his wing forward, and a series of bladed leaves fly up towards the Solrock and Lunatone-

Neo-Flare Roof

Brie: Ugh, well, if you must. Make it quick though. We're supposed to be sneaking in.

"No, I know I'm not training them too hard. We take plenty of breaks, we drink plenty of liquids, and we make sure to relax after every session for about an hour or two, depending on how eveyrone feels. I take it slow, but I also request they work as hard as they can, so that they can improve themselves."

-Tate's Solrock tries using another Heal Block on Must while Liza's Lunatone launches another Blizzard-

Ever: What to do...got it. Pleth, help get Must off the ground!

Pleth: <How do I— right.>

-Pleth leaps off Must's head and slides under him, planting both feet on the Tropius's underbelly before pushing up-

-Must couples this with a flap of a wing, pushing himself into the air to get out of the Blizzard's field. Pleth isn't so lucky-

Pleth: <Augh! Cold!>

Ever: Must, Razor Leaf!

Must: <Fall!>

-he swings his wing across in a wide arc, and sends another volley of leaves at the floating space rocks-

Brie: Hmph. Help me look for an entrance.

-The meteorite pair is struck again-

-This time, however, the Razor Leaf proves too much for Lunatone, who faints-

-Solrock, meanwhile, still seems to have energy left-

-Tate and Liza give a quick glance at each other and nod, then Liza recalls her Lunatone-

Tate: "We're not done yet.

-The Solrock aims a Flamethrower at Must-

Must: <Sure you are. You just haven't realized it yet.>

-sucks in his breath, and launches a Dragon Pulse at the Flamethrower-

-The two attacks collide in Beam-O-War form-

Tate: "Mmm..."

-He seems to focus more on Solrock, watching them intensely-

-The Flamethrower begins to gain ground against the Dragon Pulse-

Must: -snorts, and continues firing the Dragon Pulse at the Solrock-

-Tate keeps looking as the Solrock strains and its part of the beam seems to be extending-

Must: -does not really appear to be particularly stressed by maintaining the beam-

-Ever, meanwhile, has produced pompoms from more or less nowhere and is cheering Must on, since there's not exactly much point in giving new directions-

-Liza has noticed this and procured two pairs of pom poms, as well as a cheerleader outfit for both herself and Tate-

-They have somehow changed into them and are doing an elaborate two-person routine while, to Ever and Must, they are staying completely silent-

-The Solrock is keeping it up, possibly gaining more ground-

Yeah, close enough. Drop the Pulse, get out of the way, and use Razor Leaf.

Must: -drops the Pulse, getting out of the way, and uses Razor Leaf-

"I guess I'm worried for nothing. I swear raising them from the eggs they were was not an easy task, I guess I'm just being a good father if I'm worrying this much."

"Well, space is the final frontier. However our oceans will provide us more information about us more so than space will. If you think about it, if something as big as Kyogre can live in the depths for as long as it has, then wouldn't it be reasonable to think that there are even more wonderful creatures we have yet to discover?"

-Tate's and Liza's expressions become tense as Must launches the Razor Leaves-

-In the end, the Solrock is unable to dodge the attack and faints as a result-

-Tate sighs and recalls the Solrock-

Tate: "Looks like our cheerleading"

Liza: "Was in vain."

Tate: "It can't be helped. You've won."

Liza: "So, in recognition, take these."

-Liza takes out the Mind Badge while Tate takes out a TM for Calm Mind-

-They offer the two to Ever synchronously-

Jason:Heh...I sppose I know that feeling.

-He recalls Kiyo and Holmes as a Noctowl lands on his shoulder-

Or...well, brother works too.

Grim:<I'm the one worrying about you half the time.>

It had been a long time since Maximillion Kingside had left home. He'd grown up in the warmest city in all of Hoenn, Lavaridge, right at the base of the regions volcano, and left home almost two years ago now it must have been. And he still wasn't quite home, in the traditional sense, but he was closer to it then he had been since leaving. He was on the shores of Mossdeep City now, his Feraligatr stretching out next to him after the long swim.

<So how's it feel being back in Hoenn? Should feel pretty great after riding on my scaley back all this time, HA!>

"Lockjaw quit scowling like that, you'll scare everyone away." He couldn't actually understand what his Pokemon said, but he knew that the creature was just expressing some kind of concern, though came off frightening as usual. "Let's get to the pokemon center, rest up a bit..." And then his first real steps on Hoenn soil in a long time took place.
