-He looks down and sees droplets of blood and feels something dribbling down his chin-

-He tries rubbing it off with the back of his hand and sees smeared blood-

Fortree City, on the way to the concert

-the sound wave hits all three of them; Mezzo flinches, Sunny flattens his ears, and Psyche's illusion fades-

Butterscotch: <Yellow is not your color? Well, it should be.>

Mezzo: Wait, hold on, since when have you been able to use telepathy?

Butterscotch: <Uh, since always? What do you think I know Extrasensory for?>

Psyche grins. "Anyway, hey guys, I see you guys also showed back up for the concert~ ^_^ Maybe you guys don't have to worry about getting brainwashed either now. :P"

Once Shade sees that Lane is gone, he goes back into the living room and sits down on his couch. He reaches underneath the coffee table and presses a button. A holographic display pops up, and he types in a password combined with a retinal scan.

"Now for the real reason for all the equipment."

Several pieces of furniture move aside to reveal different display cases of things previously collected, and much of the band's walls move aside to show a massive Crobatman cavelike system of computers, and general nerd things that would make any zombie apocalypse fan and super nerd jealous.

"I am Shade Wilson, one with shadows and master of illusions. I have created the ultimate masterpiece. Duh Cave exists."

Slightly evil laughter ensues.

"Man I'm thirsty."

Shade walks over to his fridge and grabs a soda before settling down in front of his gaming computer and plays Lord of the Rings Online.

Fortree - near Ammy - past

Fletcha: "Alright, cool." -shrugs-

"Sooooo... are you a trainer too?"

Psyche's standing in the Empty Set, and she's standing in the stands preparing to listen to Ember's music. However, instead of sound, Psyche is ready to feel the power in terms of Psychic power. "Hmm..."

Teresa sighs. "I was afraid of that. Well, that means I don't have to worry about rushing back, I guess... Negates the risk of coming back wrong, I guess..." She slumps.

Fortree City, Ember's concert

Noelle: Okay.

Mezzo: Well, nothing feels all that weird...

Maria:I'm sorry Teresa...I'm...just not ready for a relationship yet, I suppose...

-She stands.-

Teresa stands and grabs her hand. "You're not telling me something. ...If you don't want to tell me now, fine. I understand you probably need some time. But staying here has made me a bit more perceptive. But I want to hear all about it when I get back. And I will get back. And I hope I'll be able to still be your friend when I do."

The Empty Set

Psyche barely hears anything, but she definitely can feel something. "This is not the same cognitohazard I noticed earlier.... Either I need to have a talk with this bard... Or there's another cognitohazard being spread. I'm not sure which scares me more."
