-Kyary turns as she sees a waiter come over. With a smile, she orders herself a coffee with a ton of milk and sugar. Hearing where Sarah is from, she pushes her glasses up and blinks.-

K: Ecruteak? So am I! What a surprise!

Tori: "Doing fine, as far as I can tell. I'm sure Lane will be challenging Norman any day now..."

-She pauses-

"Have you seen him yet?"

-It might start to dawn on Dune - and possibly Shade if the latter knows of Ren - that Pearl mentioned "Mr. Clavis". However, only Dune might recognize the apparatus on Mendel's shorts.-

Shade looks between Dune and Mendel, attempting to figure out why Ren sounds so familiar.

Unbeknownst to Rill, the instant before impact, Lance pulls off a Spiky Shield, and Jiraiya uses his ninja skills to put down a substitute doll, and vanishes.

Nite guys, I'm really tired. Had a long day. I will continue tomorrow at somepoint.

-Rill looks down at the spike wounds on his arms.-

Rill: <Of course. Why do I even bother.>

-Rill walks off.-

-The gears in Mendel's mind shriek to a halt, rewind, and start spinning in a different configuration at Dune's statement.-

Mendel: -at Dune- Wait a moment... I recognize you now. You're Dune, aka Derek Morton! I've seen your records at PEFE and saw your likeness at J-Con!

-Mendel touches his translator- But yes, Mr. Clavis gave me the program that this device is using. Mr. Clavis is trying to work with the PEFE to release his Porygon-Z's translator program as a commercial product.

-A Rotom face appears on the translator as a voice issues from the speaker on the box.-

Hertz: Careful, Mendel. Professor Silent may have put you in charge of the project, but you have to be careful not to let secrets leak.

-the Rotom eyes glance uncertainly at Shade for moment.-

Fletcha: Ahh I see...

-He thinks for a second-

Don't suppose either of you would like a quick battle? I mean I'm pretty much sure I would lose since I've only just begun being a trainer and I only have 2 pokemon... The way I see it, as long as my Pokemon are fine with it, I'll battle anyone in a fair battle for experience even if we are hopelessly outmatched. Unless you're busy or something and don't want to battle that's totally fine too.

George: <Yup, it was pretty nice, but I remember it being a bit boring staying in one place for a such a long time>
