Dune: Hehe. I've only got a couple of Pokemon that I raised from eggs. Rill wasn't one of them, though - I got him as a present when I left Orre.

-Rill yawns before suddenly flipping onto his back, leaving him drifting with his belly up.-

-She gives her a wave with a surprised face then sits next to her.-

Jiraiya, being a ninja frog, keeps drawing with his water resistant markers.

"Aah, so who is your starter. My starter was Lance, it was a gift from Grandpa. He bred him himself."

Lavaridge, near Shade and Dune

-An Anorith scuttles into the bath area heading right into the hot sprigs and begins to swim around.-

Scissors: -surfacing for a moment- <Oooohhh~ It feels good out here~ , snip-snip.>

-A man in glasses with light brown hair, an earpiece on his head, and a electric device hanging on Rotom-orange shorts sticks his head into to bathing area-

Mendel: Sci! Don't bother the other guests!

Scissors: -sticking his head out- <But it feels sooo goood~, snip-snip.>

Mendel: It may feel good, but there are others here too!

-To Dune and Shade- Sorry about Sci. He isn't exactly accustomed to public facilities yet.

-Kyary Grinned and returned to one knee, getting a view of Sarah from below, before doing quick turns and snapping photos, changing position every now and again.-

K: Yeah, these are looking great!

-She would giggle and get some back shots, before nodding and putting away the camera.-

K: Alright, that should be good! So...wanna grab a coffee or something? My treat~

Shade looks at the newcomer with interest. He seems to be a fellow gadgetier.

"No problem, as far as I'm concerned we are all males here with the exception of a few Pokemon of mine."

Sarah: Sure~ I'm personally not a fan of coffee, but no saying I can't just get hot chocolate and join you anyway. Know any places in particular around here?

Petalburg

-She turns from the phone the the mute girl-

"Hey Ashley, I didn't know you were in the area! How are you doing?"

Lavaridge

Dune: Oh, mine was a Magnemite named Galvani. I found 'em in a busted power center. I... still keep 'em around.

-Rill snorts.-

Petalburg

-She gives her a thumbs-up and a grin.-

Shade notices the brief pause in the sentence, and Rill's snort.

"I take it its complicated?"

Shade turns to Scissors.

"Here, have a piece of candy."

-Kyary nods her head and grins.-

K: Of course, Hot Chocolate is much cuter anyways, I'm just obsessed with caffine.

-She shook her head and giggled, before taking Sarah's hand into her's, lightly tugging.-

K: Oh yes I do! There's this wonderful cafe I think you'll like~

-Trumping along the path they were on Kyary eventually brought Sarah to a cozy, cottage like building in town, but as she opened the door, she revealed a cafe with at collection of Skitty, Delcatty, Meowth, Eevee, Shinx, Glameow, and Purrloin. In the very back were a sleeping Persian, Purugly, Luxray, and Liepard-

K: Welcome to the kitty cafe~

Dune: Uh...

-Dune uses Mendel's appearance to change the subject.-

Dune: Oh, hey there!

-Rill's attention is finally grabbed by the little Anorith.-

Rill: <Hm?>

Petalburg — Kitty Cafe

-Sarah looks around, smiling-

Sarah: I don't know where I expected you to take me, but this doesn't surprise me one bit. You really like cats, don't you?

Lavaridge

Shade turns to Mendel.

"So what brings you here?"

-Tori pockets the phone, not entirely sure what "GOOD" meant in this context-

Tori: "That's great to h- to see. Are you here for the gym?"

Jiraiya appears next to Lance, and whispers to him.

<You will love what I did to the fins, I think I outdid myself this time.>

Lance replies, <Oh, how so.>

<Remember how many colors are in the rainbow? Well, lets just say people won't take a battle seriously with him for a while, not to mention the goofy faces in black complimenting the colors.>

Lance snickers quietly with Jiraiya.

Lance looks back at Jiraiya.

<It can be taken off right?>

<Yeah, its just water resistant. Good old soap and water with some elbow grease will melt it off.>

-Kyary shrugged her shoulders and smiled, walking to a small two chaired table.-

Kyary: I do...I'm not OBSESSED with them, but this is a fun place to be.

-A small meowth kitten popped up and jumped into the girl's lap, purring and laying down for a nap.-

K: I used to have a luxray when I was little, but I left him behind when I went on my journey. He was sick and couldn't travel with me.

Dab for me.

-Scissors sticks his head out to look at Shade.-

Scissors: <Cand—> -Scissors lightly bumps into Rill- <ACK! *snip* *snip!>

Mendel: I told you to be careful, Sci.

-to those already there- Hello. Again sorry about Scissors. He hasn't fully adjusted after the revivification process.

-Mendel starts to soak his feet-

-Pearl hops into the bathing area.-

Pearl: <Mendel, Lucinda wants to go bact to her roo—>

Mendel: PEARL! This is the men's bath.

Pearl: -sighs- <And yet that doesn't seem to bother you when we say at the Center...>

Mendel: -embarrassed- Just make sure Lucinda gets back okay!

Pearl: <Fine.> -Pearl turns to bounce away-

-to the room at large - but primarily at Dune- <Shame Mr. Clavis isn't here. The fanfic writers would love the fuel.>

-Mendel Face Palms as Pearl bounces out.-

"Its ok, I haven't had this much fun in a while. By the way, what is your name?"

Shade looks to Dune, wondering why he is so nervous about his starter.
