<But I'm getting the impression from ya' that you wanna' stay out of his way for the time being?>

Stratus: <She doesn't have to fight! Besides, I don't want a wonderful creature such as her to get hurt!>

Gelatine lowered her head slightly so that she could rub one of the long antennae on her head.

Gelatine: <It's okay. I don't fight very often, but Goodra are more than capable of looking after themselves. Besides, it's the least I could do to repay you for rescuing me.>

Stratus: <...Oh.>

The Dragonite frowned worriedly.

Now on all fours, Lake raised himself off the floor, trying his hardest to avoid slipping again.
