Mimmy: Oh, right! I should have known...

...hmm. What cause? It's her birthday soon, right?

-Dune and Deziree are both sitting on a bench, side by side, while on their laptops. They're holding hands, even if this makes typing things slightly challenging.-

Dune: Huh... I wonder...

Deziree: Wonder what?

Dune: Oh, just where they ended up crashing that big, huge, castle-like airship that Illusion used.

Deziree: Oh, that's a good question. You should ask Tagg sometime. Oh, hey, how'd your sister like her birthday gift?

Dune: She's posted fifteen selfies of her with it in the last two days. I think she likes it.

Deziree: I figured making her a big, fluffy, slightly-animatronic teddy bear would be a good birthday gift~

Stormchaser

Jason:Hey, you two are close, but I was joking, Tori.

-patpat-

But heya mauy as well invite him if you're interested.

Cass:-perches on Jason's fedora.- Another krow attacked a Skiploom...hm...nah, can't be...

There's two beings like that around. Sounds like you ran into the one that split off the mind of one of the other members of the team.

Psyche waves awkwardly at Mezzo. She pulls out a notepad.

Stormchaser, inside the cabin

Noelle: It's about... you know, coming out. I mean, since I have a girlfriend now I can't really hide it anymore...

Stormchaser, outside the cabin

-Mezzo looks at the note-

Mezzo: Yeah, sure, just don't try to pry into my memories or anything.

Psyche sighs. ~Thank you, I'm trying to be more responsible with my powers, but it's a really useful shortcut.~

Mimmy: Oh...have you told mom?

Noelle: Um... not yet.

Stormchaser, outside the cabin

Mezzo: No problem. So actually, I wanted to ask you something. You and Noelle are in a relationship, right?

Stormchaser

Tori: "Yeah, I guess so."

-Is pat-

"How are you and Belinda doing anyway?"

Blitz: "There's two of those squiddy things out there? Joy, I think I'd rather stay away from the other. One failed attempt to ruin my life is bad enough, last thing I need is to get caught up in a rivalry or something"

-He sighs-

"You say it split off from someone's mind? Like, an aspect or something?"

Mimmy: Why not?

-head tilt-

Psyche nods. ~Yeah, why?~

Stormchaser

Jason:Me an' Bel? I'd say we're doing pretty good. I can say I'm pretty happy, y'know?

-He smiles.-

Noelle: I'm just really nervous about saying this to her, okay?

Mezzo: What do you see in her? Like... did you know that back in Kalos, she tried to pair me up with that stalker Lily?

Mimmy: OK! Sorry!

-she raises her hands-

Basically, yes. The exact method is unknown to me.

Psyche shrugs. ~I'm the last person who can judge someone for being young and stupid. She's a really sweet girl.~

Tori: "That's good to hear."

-She looks out the window again, idly wondering how long until they get near Johto-

I guess I should let my team stretch their legs or something soon

Blitz: "Learn something new every day, I wouldn't have guessed that was possible... Certainly explains the unearthly appearance though."

Fortis: How come you don't like talking to your mom, miss Noelle?

Noelle: Um... well, you know, you have a sister who likes girls too... it can be hard to tell this sort of thing to your parents, right?

Fortis: I dunno. I tell my parents about lots of stuff and they're super proud of me and they gave me a musical birdie!

Echo: A musical birdie!

Noelle: Aww, that's sweet.

Mezzo: I guess you're right about that. She reminds me of Fortis... which, incidentally, is another reason I wouldn't want to date her.

-Mimmy nods-

That's fair. I suppose Alys is a good place to start. She seems nice!

-looks to Fortis-

You mean that your Altaria wasn't the musical birdie?

-Nods-

Indeed. So how'd the girl try and screw up your life?

Psyche nods. ~Now that's a legitimate concern on your end. But still, she keeps me grounded. ...Ironically, given she's got her head in the clouds.~
