Psyche sighs. ~No, Never been pregnant, had a couple of scares, but never actually been pregnant. But I do very much know what it means to have to warm a lot of beds...~

Tori: "Right, I forgot about that..."

-She pauses awkwardly-

"So, uh. Did you want to come in or something...?"

Sinbad: <Late? For what?>

Puff: *Gulp* <You do anything fun today?>

Psyche puts her head on Dora's shoulder. ~I made a lot of poor choices in my early age. Shortsighted, ambitious mistakes.~

Lane:S...Sure...

-He kinda sorta shuffles inside sheepishly.-

I better she just wants to make me feel better...I just blew her off today after all...

-He sits on a chair or couch in the room, likely a couch. He still looks incredibly sheepish.-

Iggy:-gulp.-<Papa said he was gonna meet up with Tori today...but he kinda got sidetracked with Ms. Alrey and her adorable goatsie!>

-to Puff.-<I hugged a Skiddo! :3>

Dora: I suppose we all have our mistakes...

-Dora brushes back the hair above her left ear, revealing a nasty looking scar that makes it's way from below the scalp up under the hairline.-

Dora: Some of them more visible than others.

Psyche blinks. ~Can I ask?~

Dora: It was an... accident. I wanted to prove to everyone that I could help manage the family business, that I had the same "touch" that my eldest brother had.

-She sighs as tilts her head back.-

Dora: He was always famous for bringing even the most brutish Tauros bull to heel. I tried the same thing. And I ended up in the hospital for my trouble.

-She scratches at the scar absent-mindedly.-

Dora: After I got out, I couldn't do anything by myself - I always had eyes on me, everything was dumbed down for me, and every time I would try and challenge myself I would get told that I would "scare my parents something awful". So... I stopped. I just stopped trying. That's when I found my starter, found some stories of the early knights and legends of Kalos, and decided that if I couldn't do anything myself, I'd have to channel myself into my Pokemon.

Psyche hugs Dora super tightly. ~...Did I ever tell you why I wear a leg brace?~

-Dora returns the hug in the meantime.-

Locke is standing in front of a series of doors, two of them slightly ajar. He looked back at Booker, who was sitting on a chair formed by an apparently rubberlike Gilda, sipping some champagne."You sure?"

Booker nodded, lazily flicking his coin around his knuckles."Yeep, definitely through one of those two, I dunno which one. Go on, see if you can reach 'em. Is there a light through the door?"

Locke peered inside, looked back, and nodded. Booker then smirked."I suspect Mirror's already formed the connections. Go on, and see if you can find 'em."

Locke nods, takes a deep breath, and steps through door number 1.

Tori's Room

-Tori grabs a towel to finish drying her hair and takes a seat on the couch too-

Tori: "So, uh... What have you been up to today?"

River Bed

Puff: <That sounds like fun!>

-Beat-

<What's a Skiddo?>

Tori's Room

-Lane fidgets nervously.-

Lane:Not...not much really...I, uh...helped Al nickname her Skiddo...

-Still very red.-

Ignia:<It's a grassy goat mon! He's just a baby! :3>

Tori's Room

Tori: "Oh, that sounds like fun. All I've been doing is sleeping..."

-She gives an awkward half-chuckle-

"Not sure how I managed that"

Lane:Yeah...I guess so...

-He clears his throat.-

Gah, why can't you think, Lane!?

Um...sorry...again. Um...it was a nice...robe...at least...

Oh yeah, really smooth, Lane Pascal Heiden...epitome of not being awkward around the girl you like...Arceus...

Tori's Room

-The blonde tints a little-

Tori: "Oh, thanks... It, uh, came with the room"

Lane:Oh...right...I, I knew that...

-And thus...awkward silence. Lane fidgets with his hands a little.-

-Iggy, mostly out of sight, peeks in.-

Iggy:<Hm...why isn't Papa saying anything...and why is he all Razz berry faced?>

-Bagel nom.-

Tori's Room

-Awkward silence as Tori rubs the towel around her head, giving her a case of bed hair-

Tori: "Well... Thanks for coming by to check on me"

-She grimaces slightly and puts a hand to her temple-

-The door opens to a long, dim hallway that appears to be part of some sort of office structure, the occasional door frame being the only feature to mark the passage of time or space. Oddly enough, there is no door in the frames, or even an opening, just a patch of wall-

-At the far end of the hall is a light coming through an opening-

Tori: "My head feels a little funny..."

-She lets go of her head as Lane grabs her other hand-

"Just a headache I guess"

-He seems to have forgotten that he's holding Tori's hand. He's still slightly pink from earlier nonetheless.-

Psyche sighs. ~I was a happy child, with three older brothers, a mom and a dad. Then mom passed away. I was much too young at the time to understand, but my father became much more controlling over the four of us. When I was, oh maybe 5 or 6, I became fascinated with the Desert Resort, right outside Nimbasa. So I went to take a look. After a day playing in the sand, my father eventually found me, and warned me never to do it again. Shortly after, my brothers, Nick and Rick, took me out to go play in the Resort again. I figured, since they were with me, it'd be fine. I lost them shortly after. Stumbling around, sandstorm kicking up, I found a horde of Scrafty. Or rather, they found me, and believing me to be trespassing in their territory, proceeded to mercilessly beat me senselessly. My leg was pulverized, many of my other bones were fractured, my eardrum burst, and screaming for help in that sandstorm left me nearly mute. And to top it all off, when I was in the hospital, my father disowned me for disobeying him. I think he was glad to get rid of me...~
