At present, Lyra is watching Rex and his Pokémon practice their moves alongside his mother, who is observing their movements carefully. Kim is there as well in her Lucario form, gathering Aura around herself. A few blobs of dark purple obscura can be seen weaving through the stream of energy on occasion.

As Kim Force Palms a boulder, her ears twitch in warning as she feels someone approach her, only to react too late as she's surprise tackled by Joseph.

As she falls over, Joseph lands atop her and her aura disperses back into her body, passing through Joseph in the process... her obscura included.

Lucario!Kim: <Gah... how do you keep showing up out of nowhere!?>

Sarah: ...I guess I'm getting dragged into helping, then.

Sarah: How do you do that sword thing?

Clemont: I've figured out that her signal's coming from this "New Spectra" place, but I'm still working on getting access to it...

Kim notices that Joseph's hand suddenly feels smaller... and his arm isn't reaching so far anymore... and he feels kinda furry and has paws...

Turning around, she notices that Joseph is now a Riolu and staring up at her from the ground.

Lucario!Kim: <...>

Blinking and kneeling down to his level, she places a paw on his forehead cautiously and focuses on his aura, noting that it is indeed the same as Joseph's. However, there is a residual bit of obscura stuck to it, likely resulting in his present state.

Lucario!Kim: <Uh... oops.>
