Entei seems to have traits of both canines and felines to me, but like Jane said we don't need this sort of derail.

EDIT: So Entei's based on a foo dog apparently, which makes both interpretations equally legitimate.

-I hope off Crobat when we near the ground and recall him, then pull off my light blue hoodie and tighten my ponytail, then start climbing the mountain, Qui-Gon waddling along beside me, looking around-
