Jason walked into the Pokemon Centre, embracing the warmth of the interior against the cold night. He noticed Martin sitting in a corner, and decided to accompany him. He moved over to where the boy sat, noticing his concerned face, and sat down, his magician's cloak flowing around him.

"Hey mate, are you alright?" he asked.

-Sandy is out and about, this time in her normal clothes, looking for Galvani again. Lo and behold, he pops out from around a corner again with a new remote.-

Sandy: Galva-

-Galvani presses a button.-

Galvani: <Dammit, not ag->

-A brilliant ball of light flies from the remote to Sandy, engulfing her for a brief moment. The light dies down a moment later.-

SandyDune: *Cough, cough* Oh, man, that was bright. Woah. Hey!

-Dune looks down at his body, which is now male again.-

Dune: Wow, Galvani, that's what you've been trying to make this whole time?

Galvani: <Yeah, but...>

-The remote is now a soot black, and the lightbulbs on it are shattered.-

Dune: Nah, that's okay. Thanks a lot though. I was, ah, getting a little awkward.

Galvani: <... You might want to take another look.>

-Dune looks down and sees that he's still in his female clothing.-

Dune: >////<

-He sends out Selene, who quickly wuh-thoomps him away.-

Sam: Hmm, a sense of gloom hangs in the air...could just be Orre though, no telling with this place.

-Herbert, still dressed in his full Halloween costume and out practising with Bishop, happens to notice the lone figure entering the town.-

Herbert: Wait, is that...

-He runs over, flicking up the visor on his helmet and grinning like a loon, though he does manage to resist the urge to glomp.-

Herbert: Sam! Dear Arceus, it's been way too long. Still, though, great to see you again! Where have you been over these last few months?

Bishop: <Oh, yes, hello. A pleasure to be reacquainted.>

Sam': Well I'll be. Nice to see you Herb, cool costume. I was...doing stuff, and things, nothing important. So! What's up with the J-team? Things looked pretty bleak on the show...

-Herbert's grin disappears almost as quickly as it came.-

Herbert: Wait, they've actually been covering what's going on over here? Shit, I thought Tagg shut them down...

-He gives a sigh.-

Herbert: Well, things certainly haven't been going brilliantly, to put it lightly. Long story short, we're fighting Cipher, and we're losing. Or at least, most of us are fighting Cipher... I can get into the details if you want, but they're not pleasant.

Bishop: <Thankfully, we have been taking the opportunity to enjoy ourselves throughout Halloween, though the festivities are beginning to wind down. Not that this stops certain individuals from remaining in costume, as Herbert here should indicate.>

Sam: *Nods* Nah, save that stuff for later, if you're relaxing now, then relax. As for the show, it's more like the groups taking a tour around Orre and fighting about pairings and the like. I think they've backed off using real events.

-Herbert breathes a sigh of relief.-

Herbert: Thank goodness. I can deal with people arguing over who I may or may not end up hooking up with.

-He notices Diane, and gives her a wave.-

Herbert: Oh yeah, most of the gang's here as well. Eskay, Alice, Carol showed up just yesterday... we're not quite a full compliment, but we're mostly okay. With a couple of unfortunate exceptions.

-Titan looks away.-

Titan: ...We shall see how events transpire, then. I cannot say what may or may not end up happening with any degree of certainty, so I will remain silent on the manner. Just... remember that companionship comes in unexpected places, and may well be closer than you think.

Verax: -Is now walking around, if the party is still going on, he's probably by a punch bowl flirting with a pair of twin Peons-

-If it's not, he's just cleaning up is quarters-

Herbert: Crow, Psyche, Crewe, Regina, Kirk... like I said, things haven't been going well. Hopefully we can turn the tables soon, though...

-He forces himself to smile.-

Herbert: Enough about that, though. It's Halloween - or close to it, anyway - so we should be enjoying ourselves whilst we still can.

Titan: There is nothing urgent that I was planning on requesting from you, no. I was under the impression that you would rather undergo a period of recuperation after your time in Odin's captivity.

Jacob: -Sighs and waves to Herbert- "He doesn't exactly like me right now. Then again no one does. I haven't exactly been the nicest person recently. And that's sort of my own fault..."

-He shakes his head- "But Herbert has been sort of... unhinged lately. He feels betrayed and paranoid. Luckily he seems to trust you still."

-Looks at Alyssa-
