I don't have the first one, but I have the second one. It IS an amazing music game. Would've bought the first one, but I just couldn't pass up the chance to get the version that has Magnet, Just be Friends, and Double Lariat :P Beaten every song on Normal and Hard modes, too. (Having trouble beating some of them on Extreme.)

Oh, I don't believe Disappearance is in the second one, but there is a song similar to it called The Singing Passion of Hatsune Miku. Beaten it on every difficulty but Extreme. I have NO IDEA how I am ever going to beat it on Extreme xD

I've seen it and watched gameplay videos. That's about it.

I knew there was a 2nd one out, i heard news, but there wasnt much talk about it. I'm gonna buy that one too once i'm done beating the first.

disappearance is on the first one. on hard mode, it's virutally impossible to beat. the buttons hit the screen faster than your thumb can move.

Well, isn't this an old thread?

I've been getting ahold of all the Project DIVA games I can... and man am I not good at them. I mean, on rails rhythm games, like Project Mirai or Groove Coaster, I can at least be halfway competent at... but trying to keep track of all these different note types and also what order they're in when there are notes coming from all sides leaves my brain fried. But at least I get to enjoy the music while I struggle not to get KO'd...?

I missed the part where that's my problem.

I once looked up how much a controller in the style of the arcade version would cost... Way too much for me.

Anyway, I really enjoy these games. Great music and videos. But I'm not particularly good at them either. I can beat songs on Hard and sometimes Extreme, but that's about it. I've done very, VERY few songs on EX Extreme.

I'm lucky enough to live near a place that has the arcade version. It's fun, and easier on my arms than Groove Coaster, but it's a shame it hasn't gotten any new tracks in so long.

They had this game at my local arcade until recently. Used to play on Extreme and Ex Extreme religiously, still haven't gotten around to beating Ex Ex Intense Voice though.

Hm. I didn't expect they'd have DLC all the way back on the original PSP. Might prove a bit difficult to get that now...

I missed the part where that's my problem.
