Claustrophobics! Does this set off your Nightmare Fuel meter?

So, explanation. In the graphic novel I'll be working on (if all goes well), the main character is on a quest to kill various gods. One of these is P'shen, the Whispering Earth, He Who Crawls Through Countless Worlds. He is not actively causing trouble for the protagonists, but the Big Bad has his eyes set on using him (P'shen) to infect more worlds with his own particular brand of evil. P'shen's "schtick" is that he exists in every single possible universe, and the Big Bad would use him as a gateway to get there.

The main character has been told about this, and has thus set out to kill P'shen to prevent the Big Bad from getting his claws on him.

Seedless to nay, P'shen is not very keen on this idea.

So this is the dialogue that takes place when P'shen is crushing John (that's the protagonist) between his massive hands (accompanied, of course, by gratuitous shots of John's anguished, rapidly-turning-blue face, and P'shen's own monstrous visage). This is especially fitting, in-story, because John himself is claustrophobic (not extremely) and his greatest fear is being buried alive.

"Fooool...gunslinger. You thought you could invade my sanctum? Banish me as if I was nothing more than one of Tawato's clay men? You may have come far...gained power...but not enough. I have nestled in this world since before your gods even sprang from the primordial cosmos! I am older than the star you call the sun, and have snuffed out a million of them with my own hands! Can you feel their heat, gunslinger? Can you feel it...burning? Consuming what little breath you have left in your pathetic, mortal body? You will die alone, gunslinger...alone, and miles below the Earth's crust..."

Hmm, as a claustrophilic the trapped between the hands part only scares me because of the threat. If you just had the giant simply put him there without explanation, then that could lead to something.

He's not really a giant, though. P'shen manifests more like a gigantic face...made outta rock...bulging out of a wall...and uh, he's got two big arms.

I think whether this sets off claustrophobic nightmare fuel will depend on the visuals, because visual images can really spook.
