2KGames owns the rights to Duke Nukem Forever. Gearbox (who also did Borderlands) is just the programming house they're paying to finish the game.

I want to ask this for certain Duke Nukem fans. Now, I am still hearing about Duke Nukem Forever being almost complete. However 3D releams is lost, either that or I am not keeping up with the news. So does anyone know who currently owns the rights to the Duke Nukem franchise?
