I want to ask this for certain Duke Nukem fans. Now, I am still hearing about Duke Nukem Forever being almost complete. However 3D releams is lost, either that or I am not keeping up with the news. So does anyone know who currently owns the rights to the Duke Nukem franchise?

Gearbox, the guys who did Brothers In Arms, got the rights to finish the game.

That would wholly depend on Nintendo allowing it, don't forget, they have the first AND last say in it =)

2KGames owns the rights to Duke Nukem Forever. Gearbox (who also did Borderlands) is just the programming house they're paying to finish the game.
