Well, what would you call this?
An upcoming Command And Conquer game will be developed by EALA, but will also have involvement from Visceral Games and at least two other EA studios, one of which is based in Shanghai, China. They are all involved with development in some form, with Visceral apparently being on top.
I think the guys at Visceral referred to this setup as "shared resources" or something.
