Level progression poor; draw distance fantastic.
The graphics and art direction are nothing less than spectacular, but the Level Grinding is just ridiculous!
I mean, you have to spend practically every day grinding your stats in order to get a decent level in any skill! Tell me that isn't broken.
You can't even write racist abuse in excrement on somebody's car without the politically correct brigade jumping down your throat!Yeah, and they keep nerfing stuff just so they can add in more and more expansion packs.
Remember back when iron was the game breaker? Kevlar just isn't the same.
Pfft, you should've seen how overpowered bronze was!

It's more frustrating waiting for the asskicking than the asskicking itself.Damn you beat me to it.
I know man, remember when putting talents into Melee Weapons was actually useful?

Sorry, I can't hear you from my FLYING METAL BOX!Yeah, but back when bronze was useful, there were the sabre-tooths and the mammoths. Don't miss those, myself.
Plus, it was super-hard to buy new equipment when the main currency was the cow.
Bullshit, Mammoths and Sabre-tooths were removed from the game by the time that Bronze Weapons were patched in.
Sorry, I can't hear you from my FLYING METAL BOX!So, I wonder one thing.
If the developers already created an area deep in the ocean, then why the hell can't we go there already?!
It's more frustrating waiting for the asskicking than the asskicking itself.Personally I think having to grind for 12 years just to get past the student class set is rather annoying. Although the sheer variety of classes once you get past that is fantastic.
Underneath the bridge The tarp has sprung a leak And the animals I've trapped have all become my petsOh yeah. I think I had them confused with the Hittites.
And yeah, the ocean looks like a really cool zone. It's full of all those weird enemies!

^^^ Our scientists haven't been putting points in undersea equipment for a while.

Underneath the bridge The tarp has sprung a leak And the animals I've trapped have all become my petsx3 Yeah but have you seen the requirements for the Doctor class?! It's barely worth the money you can make with all the crazy grinding.

Sorry, I can't hear you from my FLYING METAL BOX!I prefer the military classes myself. Quick skill progression + good feats + improved weaponry = Win.
Underneath the bridge The tarp has sprung a leak And the animals I've trapped have all become my petsI can't do those classes, myself. Too much lag.
Personally I enjoy the fact that my character doesn't randomly die from disease as easily.
It's more frustrating waiting for the asskicking than the asskicking itself. You could always select an entertainer class. You may have to sacrifice some intelligence for bonus skill points/charisma, but it's well worth the extra money/allies you get.
Underneath the bridge The tarp has sprung a leak And the animals I've trapped have all become my petsx4 The class quests they give are pretty harsh though. One wrong move and you're either insta-gibbed or get a severe HP and DEX penalties.

Sorry, I can't hear you from my FLYING METAL BOX!I hear that if you pick the Citizen of a Third World Country character, you get to skip that class and starting working immediately.
You can't even write racist abuse in excrement on somebody's car without the politically correct brigade jumping down your throat!Yeah, but the classes from there have less-payoff.
It's more frustrating waiting for the asskicking than the asskicking itself.Yeah, but the loot there just plain sucks.
But the stats and skills for that class sucks.
Sorry, I can't hear you from my FLYING METAL BOX!I wish they'd add a respec feature, I picked a bunch of useless skills.
Damn, they nerfed the hell out of the Reptillian/Avian Predator class a long time ago.
Although I guess most of you weren't registered back then. I certainly as hell wasn't.
Also, does the karma system have any actual impact?
Fight. Struggle. Endure. Suffer. LIVE.I can personally attest to having to play a character in a Developing World. Not quite easy.
Though I seriously miss the days when Gunpowder was actually more useful.
INT is knowing a tomato is a fruit. WIS is knowing it doesn't belong in a fruit salad. CHA is convincing people that it does.
Exactly What It Says on the Tin
It's more frustrating waiting for the asskicking than the asskicking itself.
