I don't know about party member, but Cindy definitely seems like the person you'd bring your car to for adjustments. I hope she's a party member though, her design is pretty cool.

Unlikely. They've stated that her part in the story is really small.
So what do you guys think about her voice? I was surprised they gave her a Texan accent.

No clue which one is Noctis. Or who the other three Knights who go Clubbing are. I like the new Cid or would it be Syd? The guy's car and their outfits still bug me, but seeing everything else, I can accept that this is a fantasy world. Yes yes, giant monsters and all; it's just the car and clothing bugged the hell out of me because they look like something you'd see in the real world.

I actually really like that they introduced a female cid for once. I wish she had a more prominent role, but for a game that's touted to be a sausage fest it's pretty neat.
She is their mechanic, so I'm gonna assume we'll see her pop up from time to time at various points. Be kinda cool if she joins in the fighting, we just haven't seen it yet.

...so basically like Valkyrie Profile combat (i'm sorry if this is old information i still had no idea how this system actually worked). i don't have a problem with this since VP has one of my favorite rpg battle systems of all time.
