I don't think they're any sort of "real" pants... The ones seen at conventions are probably part of the cosplay and the other example you pointed out was a simple (decoratet/painted/etc) pair of blue jeans. If that's no help, could you be a bit more specific? What qualities make the pants unique?

Most of the KH (and many Final Fantasy) costumes have to be custom made because real clothes don't come like that. I believe Sora's pants and shoes are two of the biggies.
