To be fair, Gary is very likely to have been completely ignorant of Sonya having any motives behind this sudden quickie besides "I'm horny".

Hm. As I've noted Yuki previously didn't care that Gary was having sex with Sonya, not even when Sonya tried to provoke her by bringing it up. Why is she so angry now? Because she's seeing it?

She's got phallophobia that's so bad she hallucinates that penises are evil demonic tenactles intent on raping her in every way and orifice possible.

Just because the implication missed me the first time around, it's suggested that what she did was to sit up so that the shaft of his penis would pull out enough to be visible, thus triggering said phallophobia.

Not anymore. Now she can touch a penis without flying into a rage.

Sometimes. And IIRC, she still has a high chance of snapping into such rampages, so it's only a tiny improvement.

Fair enough. Well, this is pretty dumb of Sonya given than she knows about Yuki's phobia (and Yuki even punched her during one of her rages. But we don't expect her to be smart...

I wouldn't be surprised if she needed a long time to psych herself up enough to not freak out about a penis. Just walking in for band practice and seeing that, not so much.

Does that mean her phobia is over for good? Or will she only be able to have sex with Gary if she's mad at him?

Who knows? But I think that we can chalk up yet another secular miracle for Kiley now.

Anyhow, once again, people were underestimating both Gary's luck (which is really insanely good) and Sonya's low cunning. I reckon that she has quite a good brain; she just doesn't bother using it most of the time. She's evidently worked out that Yuki's lack of response to being taunted about Gary in the past was due to Yuki being in a depressive funk back then; she's over that now, and open to being provoked once more. And Sonya correctly reckoned that she could direct and ride Yuki's red rage to her own advantage. Clever girl.
