It feels like every time I have an oddly good game they bump me up to a tougher pool of opponents so I get my ass handed to me again?

I don't think that's what's actually happening, it just feels that way.

EDIT: Well. It seems that Jolder's Hammer is a very good gun, and also I retract my previous statement.

I've been eyeing Jolder's Hammer, apparently it's like The Swarm but better. How do I get it? Just get lucky?

I got it as a reward for winning a game, yeah.

I'll never get it then, my luck with Crucible drops is shit.

Dang. It's not exactly my style, really, but it's good.

I almost have enough Crucible Rep to get the Zombie Apocalypse, and I guess I'll see which of those two I prefer?

I'm thinking of getting myself a PS 4. One of the bundles comes with Destiny and one with The Last of US. However, the Destiny bundle is a little more expensive. Is it better than The Last Of Us? I didn't get to play that on PS 3 and I'm torn between the Destiny bundle and T Lo U... Any input?

I've never played Last of Us so I really can't give you any input there but the PS 4 is definately the console to get this generation. It handles games much better than the Xbox and usually has nice deals. If you're playing Destiny you need to play it on PS 4 because of all the nice things we get because Sony and Activision are bros.

The question is how much do you enjoy multiplayer. Also how much do you like having a white PS 4 and controller. If you like singleplayer experiences more, play The Last of Us. It's amazing.

I have never played The Last of Us, and it does not really intrest me so I cant give advic sorry.

As an aside, ahahahahahah fuck me, I decided to try to get rank 5 in the iron banner for gold spiral, why is beyond me. :/

I still haven't reached rank 4. I dunno how I'll come up with the glimmer for those gloves and the sash. Let alone where I'll get it if I hit rank 5 and want that Scout Rifle he has.

That's such a good looking rifle. Everything on it just sounds perfect.

Could farm the cabal mission when we get to that point.

That's what I'll probably end up doing. I'm losing resupply codes faster than I'm getting them back though, I'm going need to figure out a better way to get glimmer eventually.

That is the best way to get glimmer according to redit, however you can apparently improve efficiency with more people.

Heading into the iron banner now if/when people want to join.

Not sure where those complaints about Aksor having a giant healthpool after this patch came from - I just met him in a Vanguard Tiger, and he went down like a cheap hooker. Seriously, dude was astonishingly squishy.

Recently I played the PS 3 demo for Destiny. I must say that it's a bland and generic game. Although as I wasn't really interested in the game in the first place, at least I wasn't disappointed by the massive marketing hype that this game got.

I really should be trying to get my Iron Banner rank up but I just woke up from a nap and Star Trek reruns are on. Damn you Patrick Stewart, stop being so distracting.

I'm not disappointed with the game. I try not to expect more out of something than I should.

It's fun and the lore in the Grimoire is interesting, and that's good enough for me.

There's a lot of flaws with it but for some reason I've never felt like I've overpaid or that it wasn't worth it.

I've still had an unbelievable amount of fun with it.

I need SOLAR, not void, I have atheons epilog, but no solar weapons for continous damage :/

Edit : one reforge, got solar damage, range finder... AND FEILD SCOUT.

Yes I did, max impact HMG, mama like.

And you equip the weapon, pay two motes of light, and you get a new version, the old one is lost.

Damn my terrible crucible luck, I'll never have such nice things.

And two motes is gonna be a bit much, I barely have enough to last the rest of the Banner if I keep buying those boosty thingies. I'm down to six after I used them all on that engram.

I'm nearly at rank 4, I think I'll buy the sash first and the gloves second. It doesn't take that long to farm glimmer but I need as much rank as soon as possible. Besides, those gloves are probably gonna take me down a couple levels once I equip them, I don't want that during the tournament.
