I hope all raids are modified to carry it since you will be able to flat out BUY, not jut exchange, but BUY ascended mats from the speaker now.

You can just buy them? When did they say that?

And for how much?

IIRC a mote of light for a pair.

It was not said, but some one took a screenshot when they hovered over the speakers inventory and noticed it.

I need to rewatch that demo. You could sell a Shard for motes or Glimmer, couldn't you?

And also, I'd more meant, that you could get a new set of armor to get you to the level you'd need to be to play a Raid, which you could use to upgrade the armor you wanted to wear. And frankly, I'm just hoping for a long trenchcoat or robe thing that doesn't have a flipping grey spot on it. It'll be good to get out of the Crota chest and IB Boots I have on right now, too... Not the gloves, though, those are great.

Also, in the reveal, they said we could get Etheric Light from the end-game activities, further clarified to Prison of Elders, Nightfalls, and (I think) Weekly Heroics. Where that leaves the Raids, I don't know.

I missed it because reasons.

So Crucible rewards are getting buffed. More marks. Better drops. That'll probably encourage me to play it more often.

Here's Trials of Osiris stuff.

Seems fairly simple, you buy a card to enter the tournament. Fill it out with 9 wins and turn it in for a prize. Lose 3 times and you're out.

Matches are 3 on 3 elimination with no respawns, you gotta revive your buddies.

Power matters just like the Banner and it goes down every weekend.

I've heard a lot of stories like that on the subreddit. Including more than a few people getting kicked from the Vo G or Crota because they don't have the "right" gear.

That.... Was me right there.

I made that post, I soloed Omnigul when the other two bailed after we died once.

Hence why I want an apology, Garcon and Givey said it could not be done.
