Please use this thread to request locks of articles that are deleted via the Cut List. The following types of locks are generally permitted:
- Work articles created in the wrong namespace.
- Banned subpages, like Headscratchers for a trope or YMMV for a creator.
- Work articles banned under the Content Policy.
The following types of locks are generally rejected unless the page is problematic for other reasons:
- Potentially valid subpages that were cut for having no content.
- Articles cut for being stubs or for being improperly launched from YKTTW.
Note that we do not add all cut articles to the Permanent Redlink Club, only those that a user might expect to find and be surprised that they do not exist.

It was used as a way to evade an Example Sectionectomy. The troper who did it got banned for his trouble. When we say no examples, we mean no examples, and especially for stuff as subjective as Award Snub and Fetish Fuel.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"Couldn't we just start over? Open up the TT page, but remove any attempts to put the old examples back in? It shouldn't be an issue, now that the one guy who tried it is gone, and clearly it worked for Fetish Fuel...

The new It Just Bugs Me!Bring it up in Trope Repair, I guess. I know there was a previous topic about it that got the examples cut in the first place.

"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"Can we Red Link Encyclopedia Dramatica? I understand the grounds of the "don't leave any ground Un Troped" mission, but it just feels like an eyesore being there (and I am not sure if it's the kind of work of fiction we would like to catalog here), knowing that they have an article on us. Why would we need an article on them?
Troper PageI'm not sure if I understand that logic. Might mean nothing now, as it already seems to have been done.
Video Game Census. Please contribute.Fox Cancels Everything. It only had one link, but please kill it.
Done and done. It's about time.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"Locked. Cut 'em.

"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"Main.ptitlew9bltta3dv6n and So Bad, It's Horrible just speed up pot holes. Can they be locked?

Are people trying to edit them? Redirects don't need to be locked, generally.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"We're cutting the ties from the main. Locking them stops people from recreating them.
Reality is that, which when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. -Philip K. DickOh, okay. I wasn't following that discussion. Done.
Edit: Do you think these should be added to the Permanent Redlink Club article? I suppose someone will ask why they're locked...

"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"If so, can So Bad Its Horrible be cut as well? I know that it still has a lot of links, but we are trying to kill them all.
That was already locked. The locker gizmo was quite snarky about telling me so (thanks Eddie! ). Cutting it is up to you guys.

"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"Here is the discussion for reference. Thanks for the help.

Reality is that, which when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. -Philip K. DickThanks, now we can kill it faster.
Thanks Fighteer, I really appreciate it.
Now we need to wait for a Cut Master to cut it.
I think a minor suggestion should be the page for The New Woody Woodpecker Show. It has 0 links, but i don't want anybody making an article out of it, especially since the already existing page for Woody Woodpecker has a section at the bottom for the newer show.
If it gets more tropes, it could be split.
Rhymes with "Protracted."Yeah, I'm not going to lock potential article names of actual works.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"
Wait, why did the examples get cut from the YMMV page for Award Snub? That strikes me as actually being a pretty fair place to put examples for things like that. And there's a precedent for doing it with Troper Tales (Fetish Fuel).
