Payne, Woobie or Jerkass Woobie?

I want to know if I should put Winston Payne off AA as a Woobie or a Jerkass Woobie, because he's the warmup boss who always gets creamed, and nothing good happens to go his way and it's your job to pummel his hopes and dreams and turn him into a laughing stock, so I want to know should I put him under Woobie or Jerkass Woobie?

If you ask me, Payne isn't really a Woobie at all. I mean, sure, he's not really the luckiest guy in the world, but it's not like bad luck is all he ever has. He's been creamed a few times, but aside from that, he had a decent reputation as the Rookie Killer, and managed to pick himself up every time he failed again. In fact, I think he kind of Took a Level in Badass in Apollo Justice.
