Oh, I can certainly see how some parts might be creepy, but some things, like the True Ending, the skull-gems and the Mooks, just came off as really cute. Subjectivity, I guess.
(on a related note, I gave it to a 10-year old relative of mine who loves platformers. I'll probably see him during Christmas, so I'll make sure to ask how he liked it.)

Great game. But, as I said on another thread, the "Scary" stuff about this game is overexagerated A LOT. In fact, I didnt found it scary at all (Maybe creppy is the right word, and even then, just the very end. The rest was just plain interesting to see how the words change, but I didnt knew it was suppused to be scary Until the very end.)
Its also easy as hell (Althougt maybe thats because I played IWBTG right before this, but thats another story...)
