Unplesant roommates

So I'm busy rewriting My Roommate Is An Elf. It's a about a human who gets an elf for a roommate in his apartment, but I'm stuck on what I guess would be the prologue. I need some jokes about things you would really hate to have in a roommate, preferably sci-fi/fantasy related. The idea is that the main character's brother just moved out, and he's seeking a new roommate, so he gets people coming to his door so that he can interview them. So, what would you immediately reject if you saw them asking you for a room in your apartment? It's sort of a gag-a-day if that makes any difference.

Aliens such as Lizard People, as well as various fantas races (from elves & trolls to satyrs & centaurs) exist, and it would be preferable to use some non-human races.

So far, I've got a serial killer, an assassin, and a spy interviewee. I'm hoping for at least three more to space things out a bit.

"Hello, my name is Ragnarok, and my pastimes include eating small children, throwing the elderly out of tall buildings, and stealing peoples' parking spaces."

I think you need to put some more thought into this if you're still at the prologue and you already need help coming up with jokes.

I've written past the prologue, and written quite a few jokes. I just want to flesh the prologue out a bit.

My bad roommate experiences:

• Roommates who smell

• Roommates with hypersensitive noses

• Roommates who are incredibly insomniac

• Roommates who snore

• Roommates who eat your food

Some of those can probably be given a sci-fi/fantasy twist. Like, the protagonist's niece gets eaten, and they treat it just like the roommate ate something in a clearly labeled box.
