Anyone who fights Joker should cower in fear whenever Arsène is around. He's strength and speed all in one.

I wish Colonel’s Japanese VA was still alive, I would’ve loved to hear Snake’s reaction at Isabelle.
Speaking of which, I once came up with my own Codec for Mei Lee:
- Snake: Colonel, there’s a little girl. Are you sure she’s dangerous?
Colonel: That’s Meilin Lee, Snake. She’s a teenager from Toronto. She might look like your everyday civilian, but she, like her ancestors, has the ability to “poof” into a giant red panda whenever she gets excited or stressed. And considering that she’s going through puberty, that’s going to happen a LOT.
Snake: She turns into a giant monster? By the looks of those claws, I’d say I’ve got my work cut out for me.
Colonel: Compared to her own mother, Mei is a piece of cake.
Snake: Her…mother?
Colonel: Let’s just say Ming’s panda could give any Metal Gear a run for their money.

So assuming the DLC characters were able to be used for the base game spirits, which ones make alot of sense? For instance, I can see Red hair Mythra to represent Urbosa. I also think Min Min would be a good fit for Min Min.

Speaking of spirits, the final new spirit event has been revealed, featuring Princess Peach Showtime and Super Mario Bros. Wonder.

Whoops, sorry to interrupt my own discussion topic, but the FINAL ULTIMATE CONTENT has been revealed, the final spirit event is from Mario Wonder and Oeach Showtime. Now Ultimate is fully done.

I booted up Smash a while ago to level up a few spirits, so I decided to take a look at the announcement.
I do find it weird how there’s no Prince Florian spirit or Poplin spirit.
Thrice: There’s no Flower Coin spirit, but there is a spirit of the Talking Flower and Wonder Flower.

Damn, that's weird. I thought for sure Prince Florian was going to be this game's heavily promoted new character. I guess we'll see if he makes it into Mario Kart 9.

It's not live until tomorrow, but it was officially announced yesterday, and they've also confirmed that it's only four Spirits: two from Super Mario Bros. Wonder (Elephant Mario, and Wonder Flower & Talking Flower) and two from Princess Peach: Showtime! (Peach & Stella, and Swordfighter Peach).

Speaking of that, I wonder what the Kid Icarus gang will say about the Fighter Pass characters in the next game, assuming Palutena's Temple comes back. I'm so glad Pit remembered Lucas between Smash 4 and Ultimate.
Another idea I've seen, and which I wholly support, is to add a Banjo-Kazooie stage where Gruntilda can roast the fighters in rhyme.
