How do you register your games on Club Nintendo so you can get Mewtwo?

I've never been able to beat Master Core in both versions of the game

Out of curiosity, which newcomers did you guys want to see in the game?

The ones I wanted to see:

• Mega Man
• Little Mac
• Shulk
• Paper Mario
• Dixie Kong
• Ridley
• King K. Rool
• Girahim
• Vaati
• Krystal
• Saki or Isa

And for Melee vets returning, I wanted:

• Mewtwo (glad we're getting him)
• Roy (Lucina fills the void)

You just create an account on the site and register the games' Club Nintendo codes in there. No need to link the CN account to you NNID or something like that.

I suggest you hurry up. The deadline for game registration is March 31st, so chances are the servers will be overloaded with people soon.

My country isn't on the list of European countries. What does this mean? Will I be unable to et mewtwo just because I was born in a certain place?

It means you'll have to give them "your" address. Don't know about Europe, but it shouldn't be any harder than doing it for an US address.

My country doesn't have a Club Nintendo.

That's why I said "your" address. Chile doesn't have Club Nintendo either, but no way I would let that stop me.

Yeah, I just pretended to be British when creating my Club Nintendo account. The problem now is that my Wii U copy is bought from the eShop rather than through a physical copy. And my Wii U is registered on my country.

Club Nintendo won't let me log in and get at the rewards that will be vanishing before the end of the year. I don't get why.

I was having problems when I initially joined Club Nintendo over a month ago, but had no issue registering everything to get Wonderful 101 and the Mewtwo code.

Well, I don't have trouble registering stuff. The trouble is when I try to cash in on it to get points, I keep getting logged out.

I think I only had that problem with Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D, but I had so many registered Wii, 3DS, and Wii U stuff that I got the 600 coins required to get Wonderful 101.

So, I just had one of the most kill-happy matches ever. It was a Free-for-All on Balloon Fight, and pretty much the entire match was spent at one corner or another just launching each other off the edge of the screen. I won the match with a K/D ratio of 10/6.

I feel like it's really stinkin' easy to KO people on the Balloon Fight stage. You can have another character with barely any damage standing close to the edge and a fully charged Smash Attack (or something like the Villager's trees) will just knock them right out without much effort. Not that it's a bad thing...

What's the logic behind that? I notice some customs (like Robin's Arcfire+) are banned altogether.

I wouldn't be able to use my Bowser set. Bummer.

I imagine the reason behind that decision is "lol ridiculous custom combos", right? Because I thought they would settle down with just banning a handful of customs instead of giving a list of sets.

Actually it's just to save time. Instead of each person having to make their set in the custom menu, which in the long run would result in a lot of time lost, the tournament is just going to have those pre-loaded so matches can start faster.

The custom sets chosen there are the ones considered to be the best by the players of each character. Some don't even need that many. Greninja for instance only cares about Shifting Shuriken.

As a constant lurker of the Smashboards forums, many customs aren't there at all because they are just bad. If they took up a slot, no one would use them, and an opportunity would be lost for vastly superior moves.

Arcfire+ and Goetia were both in the "Oh my god NEVER use these" section by all the voters who used them.

EDIT: There are also some customs that need more testing for viability, such as Megaman's Hyper Bomb and Palutena's Angelic Missle.

That's fair. Arcfire+ does get rid of Robin's main combo tool for some extra power and KO ability.

That makes sense. Easy to forget several hundreds are involved here.

On another topic: April fools is coming. Very unlikely if even possible, but part of me wants to expect a Mewtwo trailer or announcement with a surprise that day.

More than anything, I want there to be an April Fool's Day announcement trailer for Ridley.

I'm expecting his tagline to be "Ridley is just some boss enemy! Not even special!"
