I was looking through my notes and found character profiles for a story I abandoned months ago (I couldn't find a dependable artist).
I remembered all of it. Before I even read it. Every character, plot twist, fight and minor detail. Still fresh.
None of my ideas since have grown to the same level of depth. None of the characters are as fleshed out, none of the stories anywhere near as coherent.
So my request of my fellow tropers is this: what's your advice? Do I pick up where I left off and find an artist or do I relegate this memory to the trashbin?
