Okay, has anyone played this game before? And, if so, please give us your opinion.

I have. I think it's quite a neat game, and a bargain for $20 bucks. I mean, yeah, it has some flaws but, overall, it is a worthwhile experience.

Oh God, I have been playing this for a few hours now, and it is a terriffic game. It's basically Twin Peaks: The Game. The quirky, off-beat humor, the good writing, the bizare characters, all of them just strike me as delightful.

I heard that it was so bad it was awesome. Is this accurate?

Kinda. It's a bizarre, mixed bag. The storyline is ACTUALLY terrific. The presentation of the game is... Strange. It alternates between being so bad it's awesome and downright oddness. It's never a "bad" game, really. It's... Quirky.

But the storyline of the game switches between hilarious and genuinely scary. Checkitout.

Lol Jim Sterling; who is the only game reviewer I actually trust and respect, gave this game a high score based on it's narmy, So Bad, It's Good qualities.

I completely agree with his review- I bought the game because of it. And I now understand what he was getting at in his review a whole lot better. It's not so-bad-it's-good, even... It's something else entirely.

^^ He was the one who said it was better than Heavy Rain and that the quality didn't matter because it did what a video game was supposed to: entertain, right?

I believe so, yes. Think... "Shenmue" in survival horror... sorta.

Only 8 posts, and this is the only topic for this game? Wow. Need to revive this topic now that the Director's Cut is out!

Anyone spot the pink house on the map? I wonder what it's for, since it won't let me enter it and just teleports me back to the street.

I finally played the Xbox version this year, and absolutely loved it. And not in that So Bad, It's Good way that the review outlets slap it with.

Love the touch as the end where we learn why everyone keeps saying York has this really noticeable scar and must be younger than he looks.

I'd have hoped a cult classic would get more attention than this. This topic has like no posts in it!

The v1.01 patch for the broken PC version is out. I'm looking forward to seeing what was fixed.
