so we only need Tagon for a form of The Missus and the Ex :D
"You can reply to this Message!"Mm, I don't that as much of an issue, Tagon and Breya were never romantically involved anyway.
But they are both female's who meddle in his affairs. Close enough if they decide to team up
"You can reply to this Message!"I'm only counting one female here, and Tagon himself isn't involved.
Does that include Kevyn? Because a mother who tells one of her kids to "not contact" the other....
"You can reply to this Message!"Still doesn't count as that trope since it requires two women.
I meant Breiya and Murtough :P
"You can reply to this Message!"Tagon's not there though, and Breya is Kevyn's sister, not his ex. the only guy this could really work for is Schlock, and I'm sure I don't need to telly you the issues with that.
I should feel sorry for the Lt...but I don't.
"You can reply to this Message!"To be fair, she had the coming by underestimating Schlock. And as far as underestimating everyone's favourite carbo-silicate amorph goes, that's pretty merciful.
Howard's been sitting on that brick joke for quite some time. :)
The Revolution Will Not Be TropeableNah, I think you're reading too much into his motivations. He's in a situation where neither eating it, killing it nor taking a bath in it make sense, and making friends with it would be playing into the enemy's hands, so the best thing he can do is not be where she is. Especially since she just admitted it's her job to tail him.
Any embarrassment he causes her is just a bonus.
Your funny quote here! (Maybe)I get the feeling that 'pair of diplomats' are either Breya and Haban2 or two people very close to them in operational terms.
Edit: I suspect Mako has some training in Parkata Urbatsu, although I doubt Sorlie does.

"You can reply to this Message!"So, Mako's been stymied for now, that's not going to sit well with him(?). Still this should make him a bit friendlier with Sorlie, since it's her going to be getting him off on a charge of murder.
I suppose there are now too many witnesses, but Mako might try to get away with killing Sorlie and deepsixing the evidence. (And someone would definitely see him/her do it..)

Still, Mako's cover hasn't been blown yet, so if he's smart, he ought to realise it's not time to back off for while (collecting praise for being first on the scene and helping to secure the area) and hope another opportunity comes through.

Even before the arrivals on Monday, though, that what Sorlie saw was transferred to a handbrain to display it should at least suggest to Mako that there's already more witnesses than just the Lt.
Also, "disappearing" a UNS fleet officer probably is a good bit more difficult than making some random schmuck off the street vanish, in terms of not having someone with authority and resources look for the missing person.
All your safe space are belong to TrumpWhoo, finally finished binging this yesterday. It's been fun!
Me and my friend's collaborative webcomic: Forged MenHow long did it take you because... those are deep archives.
I remember it took me a couple of weeks, doing little else and I caught up right at the start of the Longshoreman of the Apocalypse arc.
Likewise, it took me weeks to catch up, although I caught up, I think, somewhere in the early stages of The Body Politic.
Edit: Ooh, so Breya's back. This ought to get interesting, especially as Petey wasn't able to do a memory reload on them.
