Well, if the mark is not on Tedd's feet, then I have this theory:

The mark is not visible on Tedd because he is currently morphed. Once he returns to being a man, the mark will reappear.

Or Pandora did something else to him.

Or it's on his head, under his hair.

Or he doesn't have the Mark

Tedd doesn't have a mark, is something of an exhibitionist, and Susan and Diane don't actually look that much alike.

Susan is taller (now) and has a different hairstyle. They're supposed to have exactly the same face. Which is hard to tell from the art alone because there's not a vast amount of facial diversity among those who are supposed to look different.

Huh. Based on Tedd's reaction to the whole "stripping down" thing, I wonder if perhaps this is the first time he's done this for Grace, or for anyone for that matter. There is a sort of a thrill that first time (usually with the other party doing the same) complete with the "We're both naked! Ha. And we didn't spontaneously combust. Cool" feeling. Of course, it could also just be the thrill of doing this with people just outside the room.

They've been naked together before.

Is that a confirmed thing or just your assertion? :) It would not surprise me if it's happened before, particularly given Grace's lack of body modesty and the context of transformations where clothing doesn't always survive the experience (although it usually acts as Magic Pants).

No, that's confirmed.

At the end of Sister was this gag. Early EGS implied all manner of sexual hijinx going on behind the scenes with Tedd and Grace.

Which is appropriate since they're hormonal teenagers in a relationship with each other and living in the same house. Tedd's reaction is more symptomatic of a general change in attitude towards the characters throughout the series, in which their relationship has gradually retroactively shifted away from a sexual one and more towards a fluffy, cuddly-yet-celibate one. If anything, I feel that they come off more like siblings than a romantic couple these days.

Indeed, Tedd's reaction here, while completely appropriate both for his character and in a general sense, seems downright bizarre compared to current depictions of their relationship.

They're downright cutesy nowadays. That creeper sex-obsessed version of Tedd is long gone.

Hell, the cuter art style practically helps emphasize how many edges have been shaved off of Tedd. That and the fact he doesn't wear his signature glasses anymore. And has a mouth.

It's like having a face changed his entire personality, or at least made him more... Uh... The word I'm not looking for is innocent, but less... Aggressively pervy?

You tend to be less sex obsessed when you're getting laid regularly. I think being in a semi-public place explains Tedd's reactions quite well. Particularly when you factor in the unlockable door. It's not as good as being outside, but if you're not used to it, yeah...
