How different is dragon physiology to the physiology of the other critters running around? Especially to mad science? Could have just been a general-purpose tranq.

We didn't see that window before. Maybe it always was.

I was about to say that I was dead against anything which derails a story arc that reaches its fitting climax in the decisive battle for Mechanicsburg...

...and then of course the new page pops up early and the ground shifts beneath your feet.

I don't think it much of a stretch to suggest that the hypo —- or one like it —- was meant for Agatha.

It wouldn't be the first time.

The entire scene seems cribbed from one of Klaus's badly out-of-date playbooks.

So, this time it looks like Agatha's yell of Showtime! will be a little more dramatic. We've already had the mirage ... so what about the bonsai hedge maze?

I'm thinking Gil didn't escape. He was released.

I'd take that as a given.

Maybe he smelled wrong and that was what Franz detected. Also occured to me that if the tranq was meant for Agatha it's not going to keep something Franz' size out for very long.

Hm. Those are more Klaus's colours than what we've seen Gil in before (other than the half-mourning clothes).

Okay, Gil has definitely blown the second proposal even before he has made it. As I said before this is not the Gil we know from before. He has definitely been tampered with.

For the next scene I am imagining the Firefly showing up. Othar saves Agatha from Gil. Tarvek saves Gil from Othar and Gil himself. If Moloch's along he gets left with saving the castle. Come to think of it he would probably enjoy zapping the castle.

That said I am massively intrigued, and not at all worried that when Agatha zaps the roof Franz will come to any harm. He's been zapped before. He'll probably like it.

Lightning has a ways to go before it starts to get on my nerves like "Search For the Cure".

I think it would be hilarious if Krosp jumped out the open window and tangled himself into Gil's feet to trip him up and save Agatha. Yet again, we'd have to wait to find out if Gil obeys Agatha.

Edit: Seems it is not going to be an early update... should prepare myself to bed if needed but I have a couple of things on the to do tray: My own works and possibly just a thing to annoy the local cameo reporter on the site I update things. But to be honest working on special effects by pencil is a hard task if done by conscience.
