Which brings me to my question, does this comic have a policy of not showing blood? Because there's a distinct lack of bleeding going on here.

Annie's cut is bloody and she and Ysengrin were covered in blood after fighting in the ruins.

Generally, if you get stabbed and the stabbing implement stays IN the wound, it plugs the hole pretty effectively ... although there should probably still be at least a little blood, unless that's some sort of bizarre ether-dagger that stabbed his soul and not his body.

Parley teleporting the two of them to a hospital would be excellent right about now.

Her sword clanged on the ground after leaving her hand, soo it seems pretty physical on at least some level. By default, the knife would be same as well.

Healing magic? Smitty's a robot? I mean, this is all probably meant to be happening a lot faster than it seems to us day by day, but it definitely feels like there's going to be some kind of reveal.

I mean, if Green Guy can heal himself like this, maybe that's his power? Or maybe that's something the Forest can do the same for the Court Medium. Not that Jeanne and Green Guy have any reason to know that's who Smit is.

That sort of injury is survivable with decent medical care, and a bit of luck...

Hope Smitty's okay. I suspect he will be actually, Tom seems pretty good about not actually killing off major characters.

Yeah, while he's definitely not in a good way right now, being directly teleported into a fully-equipped and manned hospital (possibly with a trauma team that fortuitously happened to be gearing up right then for reasons) ought to at least give him a decent chance of survival. He hasn't even passed out from blood loss yet.

Maybe she doesn't want to leave all her other friends to die, which they would if Jeanne is still hostile and she has no reason to think she isn't.

She can drop him off, or bip all of them together.

If she drops Smitty off, then she can't reliably bip back for the others. She has trouble controlling it without him.
