it could be Eggplant Eglamore
ophelia, you're breaking my heartSeems it is time to talk about what's going on and eventually meet the new student.
Looks like Jack's not the only one who got whacked with the puberty bat.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.I think this may be the first "Look! It's Eglamore!" joke where the guy involved actually does look somewhat like Eglamore.
You can tell by the eyebrows, though. Eglamore's eyebrows are no match for Mighty Eyebrows Boy.
After some closer inspection, his nose is also a bit different.

Creed of the Happy Pessimist:Always expect the worst. Then, when it happens, it was only what you expected. All else is a happy surprise.I'd write the "Fifty shades of Coyote" fanfic, but I bet it's been done.
"Show us the Galaxy Warp."It just occurred to me that the jackalope will become a boy. Or maybe it have occurred to me before and I and forgotten. At any rate, it will be neat to show what the animals think about changing sex in the transition. I always wondered about that.
Given the tweaking needed to accept the new species as their own, gender could be thrown in as part of the package. Same soul, new brain.
Yeah, comparing to change to a whole new species, changing gender doesn't seem that big of a deal. Not to mention we don't even know if all animals have a concept of 'gender' to begin with. But it is nice to know we are likely to see how it works first hand.
There are species of fish that actually change sex based upon the reproductive environment, so clearly not everyone will have quite the hang ups about it humans do.
Clownfish being a prominent example, with quite complex sex-swapping behavior.
The rabbit was mentioned to be a girl, and the gender question was brought up to her, she said she didn't care.
I've completely forgotten about that part. I feel silly now. (But of course I knew she was a girl, that is why I mentioned it in the first place.)
Reference for anyone who forgot or missed it.
No no, a batch is a good collective noun for jerks.

Theirs is a rich and complex culture. Of jerks.
Okay, vertical slit eyes and buck teeth, hmm, any ideas?
Also, I though it was a jackalope, not a rabbit? Those horns would be difficult to mistake surely?

My immediate thought was snake, but now you mention the teeth...
Thought snake, yeah. Do we know that there's morphic resonance, though? I know there was a chaoter in which formerly-animal kids appeared, but I can't remember how they looked.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.Buck teeth are about as close as humans get to snake fangs, visual-wise.
So basically only Badger Guy.

I saw your post before I opened the page and I actually had to pause for a bit like "Wait... is it Eglamore?"
"It's so hard to be humble, knowing how great I am."
