Do we think Annie is going to become the phycopomp or not? I feel like a lot of this comic has been leading up to her making a decision on that, but with good reasons for either resulting decision.
On the one hand it kind of feels like she was set up, but I'm also really keen to hear robot legends of The Grim Annie, the cyber soul decompiler who recycles your code into the Great Algorithm.

With all the recent in-story and fandom talk about Kat having evil god tendencies, I keep forgetting she is actually one of the most decent people in the comic.

I think its more like they created the Mechabird and it would eventually detach from Kat the human person.

I don't think deities entirely detach from the entities that spawn them. I'm pretty sure the wild prehistoric coyote that inspired Coyote is still attached to him somehow or other

See that whole thing is undefined and vague. Coyote is the continuation of that coyote, but if Kat rejects the Mechagod, then would the cult pull her through or would the cult pull away from her? In the soul transition mindscape, Robot is already kinda usurping Kat's position as The Angel.
