Probably even more so actually. Just think about the reaction to the crappy live action movie. The fandom's reaction to this would be multiplied.
"That's a to-go order. See! It's already gone!!"You joke but it kind of already happened.

This song needs more love.My opinion on the live action movie is basically the same as mine opinion on Teen Titans Go: It was bad but not nearly as bad as people make it out to be, and at this point I find the whining about it more irritating than the thing itself.

It might depend on if it was trying to be a reboot or not. If it's meant to replace the original, there would be a lot of angry fans. But, like, a comedy-driven series taking place after the war might not be TOO bad.
My Tumblr. Currently liveblogging Haruhi Suzumiya and revisiting Danganronpa V3.Finally jumped onboard this baby.
I like it so far.
Where you at?
Oh really when?I've been having sort of a rewatch going along. I have to say, though the series is great all the way through, season 3 is definitely the weakest to me. I've found that most people will usually say season 1 to that.

I wouldn't say Book 3 was weak so much as hit-or-miss.
If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?Just so long as we agree that Earth is the best.
Weak is relative here. And, Book 2 is in a weird position for me.
Funny. For me, TLA Book 2 was the best, Book 3 might have been the worst, Book 1 was kind of eh, and Book 4 didn't air on television.
But then with Korra, Book 2 was the weakest, Book 3 was the best, Book 1 was kind of eh, and Book 4 didn't air on television.
I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!Book 4 doesn't exist, except that one weird fanart joke. I would agree that ATLA season 2 is the best in my opinion, but I think I liked season 3 a bit more than season 1. Also season 3 has my favorite episodes, Boiling Rock Part 1 and 2.
Book 2 of Korra, yeah definitely the weakest, with the exception of Beginnings of course. And I liked the second half of it quite a bit. The season as a whole becomes a bit more enjoyable though watching it all in one sitting than waiting for new episodes.

"That's a to-go order. See! It's already gone!!"I really liked Book 3, personally. I feel like both books 2 and 3 had a lot of hit or miss episodes right up until the point the plot kicked into high gear - the arrival in Ba Sing Se for Book 2 and The Day of Black Sun for Book 3 - and then both were about equally solid for the rest of the season.
Book 1 never really had that point so it was just a lot of meandering about while the show finds its sea legs.
My Tumblr. Currently liveblogging Haruhi Suzumiya and revisiting Danganronpa V3.I really liked season 3 as well. I liked all the seasons. Honestly, if there's one thing season 3 has over the other two is that there really wasn't a single episode I really disliked. In season 1 we had The Divide, and season 2 has Avatar Day. (although the Kyoshi scene near the end was pretty awesome)
"That's a to-go order. See! It's already gone!!"Somewhere between Toph, Secret Tunnel!, and the really inventive (I thought) manner in which earthbending was utilized, Book 2 jumped the show from 'hey, this is pretty good!' to one of my favourite series. I'll admit to being a sucker for the kind of angsty exile and master/pupil storylines that the show had going on on the Fire Nation side of things, and Sokka did end up being pretty funny. That carried the show for me, along with the cast being likeable and the setting having a lot of raw potential.
Book 3 is a solid end to the series, and I appreciate the way it ties up loose ends. There are a lot of high points throughout and it's very satisfying, but it's not quite up there with Earth or Changes for me.
Korra 3 and ATLA 2 are my favourites. And I am not even a fan of downer endings normally.
I'm just at the start of Book Two.
Any specific thoughts at the moment?
Oh God! Natural light!Apart from the casting being spot on and I'm gonna miss Mako as Iroh pretty soon, not much except I like it a lot. Hmm. What else? The Aesops are quite blatant at times, but that's forgiveable because they're well presented. The last episode of Book One had a pretty awesome ending, what with Aang as some sort of massive spirit... avatar smooshing an entire Fire Nation fleet, but I'm confused a bit as to who actually took out Admiral Zhou - as Aang had reverted back to his little boy size by that time.
I'm also really glad I never watched that Shyamalanandingdong version. Thanks, Doug Walker!
I always read it as the Avatar Spirit taking him. Or just the Spirit World in general.
Oh really when?I'm pretty sure that the Ocean Spirit took its vengeance on him while on the way back to its pond.
Oh God! Natural light!Zhao was taken to the Spirit World, presumably by the Ocean Spirit. He actually makes a cameo in The Legend of Korra.
There's no presumably...the other spirit was dead, mang.
YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.
I don't know, people would complain as much as they do about Teen Titans Go?
