I think you're overestimating how rich Mangakas can get.

Naruto sold 220 million copies of tankobon, 706 anime episodes and counting, 11 movies, numerous video games, and lots of merchandise. If anything, I underestimated Kishimoto's career earnings.

So...since Hagoromo was given the Mangekyou Sharingan in the anime, anyone want to brainstorm what individual abilities they had, besides the Ten Tails-sized Susanoo he showed off?

Wait, I must've missed something, when did he do this again? In the latest anime episodes? Which, admittedly, I've missed?

In the really lazy Kaguya backstory arc.

I've honestly forgot about those fillers...Hagoromo actually did that? Huh...I have no motivation to go back and watch them tbh.

I mean, he gained it due to fatally injuring Hamura, who was being controlled by Kaguya when he went to confront her about what she had been doing. He heals his brother using a seal tag Gamamaru gave him, and he unlocks the Mangekyō as a result; he also unlocks the Rinnegan at that moment, with his Sharingan immediately skipping over the Mangekyō phase to go into the Rinnegan, so we never see what his looks like or what it can do. The only ability we see from it is a Jūbi-sized Perfect Susanoo, which he uses to fight said beast.

It was rather lazy.And all Hamura did was,uh,lending chakra to his Susano'o?

He couldn't even destroy a giant rock.

Kaguya backstory needed to be fleshed out before her edgy older son and Momma's Boy were born.

She very clear had some kind of disorder.

It's called being an alien.

Weirdly enough that would make Hagoromo like Gohan, in that they're both half-alien hybrids that want to help the people around them, and don't want to actually fight unless they have to.

Also I rewd the latest Bolt chapter and I vastly prefer manga version Bolts Movie Villain One-Winged Angel form over generic random monster.

Say, guys I found out something interesting recently.

You know how Sasuke is popular in Japan?

Apparently revenge is considered culturally honorable and correct in it.

Dunno how accurate it is, but if it were it would help explain some stuff.

But Sasuke never actually gets revenge. I mean, kind of, but not really, at least not to the standard he initially set out to attain.

And Naruto doesn't get "revenge" either for anything that happened in his life. He represses most of it and accepts everyone's eventual admiration for him.

Though I suppose "a life well-lived is the best revenge."

That's not the point, it's still his main objective for almost the entire series, that's not how he ended up, yes. But it's basically how he was defined.

Heh its funny that he's well liked there for obssessivly avenging his entire family when here like in America he's a psycho trying to needlessly honor a bunch of turncoats & ignoring the wishes of the actual person who deserves some honor.

Well, he wanted Danzo dead, and he got what he wanted.

After that he kind of morphed into "attack Konoha" before falling into his "revolution" phase.

Please, there are so many Sasuke fanboys here it's ridiculous, the lengths people actually go for him to justify his actions.
