• Awesome Music: Ziggurat 2's soundtrack, composed by Antti Martikainen, is full of epic music that will make you feel like you're on a grand quest. The main theme alone will get you pumped to take on the ziggurat.
• Junk Rare: Depending on personal preference, some items are most certainly this. One example is the Amulet of Magnetism, whose sole effect is to pick up all drops in a room. Compare that to amulets that can enhance your damage, renders you invincible for a short time, refill you magic reserves or heal you.
• Magnificent Bastard: Examiner Cepheus oversees "the Ziggurat", and is the final challenge the player faces. During his fight, Cepheus uses your own equipment and spells against you, as well as activating traps and summoning monsters to fight alongside him. Showing respect to the player upon being bested, Cepheus gives them the scroll used to join "the Brotherhood". Depending on the ending, Cepheus either: gives the player the scroll and grants them membership, with no repercussions; tricks a cheating player into exposing themselves in front of the members, resulting in exile; or—in the Bad Ending—tricks the player into summoning him and his fellow monsters out of the Ziggurat, followed by his men ambushing the Brotherhood and incapacitating them, with the implication that he's been manipulating them for years beforehand.
• Most Wonderful Sound: "Ascension", the theme that plays when you successfully complete a run in Ziggurat 2, which includes a One-Woman Wail and grand chanting to add to the epicness. The song will make you feel like a legend for making it through, and sounds even better if it was a challenging run.
• Viewer Gender Confusion: It might not be obvious from her image but Kraz is female.
