• Improved Second Attempt: This episode has the same "God loves you even through the worst of times" Aesop that Auto-tainment used not too long prior to this, but unlike in Auto-tainment where it was very much tacked on in an already lacking episode, it was much better received here due to the much more engaging narrative (being based on "Joseph and his Coat of Many Colors") along with being paired with an equally important message of "Good and bad things happen to everyone, but even dark times can be taken and remade into something wonderful for all."
• Suspiciously Similar Song: The music that plays when Joe's brothers approach Dodgeball City sounds eerily similar to that of the theme of The Good, the Bad and the Ugly.
