- Harsher in Hindsight: Grant Sheckly puts his hand through the plane's propellers to prove that the plane is not really there. The episode's director, Boris Sagal, was killed in a freak accident when he turned the wrong way upon exiting a helicopter and walked right into its spinning blades.
