• Hilarious in Hindsight: When Gib and Allison are first on the roof, Allison admits she always wanted to be a princess. In Spaceballs, Daphne Zuniga would play a princess (and an Expy of Princess Leia, no less).
• One-Scene Wonder: George Memmoli as the "Man in Bar" very nearly steals the whole picture. Sadly, this movie was his last; he passed away just four months after the premiere.
  • Viveca Lindfors as Professor Taub, Allison and Gib's English professor, who only has three scenes but makes each of them count by being the Cool Teacher personified.
