** Tony's constantly-repeated tendency to attack, come onto, scare, and otherwise cross the line with Dr. Melfi. In a real-world scenario, any psychiatrist (or even any other professional) would have dropped Tony very early on in the show for his consistent beyond-the-pale conduct; after the first few times she allows him to come crawling back only to almost immediately put her in the same position yet again, it can start feeling contrived.
