• Porting Disaster: Within the few hours after release of the Rumble Fish 2's port, while the game is servicable at best, such as the gameplay being the same as the Nesica arcade version, there are other things that players have already experienced issues with it, but not limited to DLC characters that were originally being either unlockable in the Atomiswave arcade version, and by default in the Nesica arcade version. Considering the DLC characters are $4 US each (but are included in the Playstation 4 and Switch physical Collector Editions as a product code, along with the Rumble Fish 1 arcade game). Modern fighting game training features missing, such as recording AI inputs. Some online features not implemented, like lobbies, and not even a rematch system, as you will go back to the main menu after an online match. And for the PC/Steam version, no keyboard support (though the Steam store page mentions it explicitly). Unexpected slowdown that could happen at any time.]
• Win Back the Crowd: The devs did eventually patch all of the issues of its initial release, though the secret characters are still DLC.
