- Harsher in Hindsight: In the behind-the-scenes featurette, Krause only refers to Stoklasa by her nickname for him, Spacey. The comparison is not particularly flattering these days.
- Hilarious in Hindsight:
- Bauman and Stoklasa would later point out the eerie similarities between the plot of this film and The Slender Man Mythos, jokingly claiming credit for Slenderman.
- Seeing Bauman, Stoklasa and Dixie Jacobs, all now recognizable for their comedic roles in later RLM productions, can rob their scenes of tension. The same goes for some of the familiar locations. In the DVD Commentary, Bauman and Stoklasa admit as much.
- Retroactive Recognition:
- The Creator Cameos of Bauman and Stoklasa stick out now that they're recognizable from their various RLM videos.
- Makeup artist Dixie Jacobs is visible as a background extra in the bar scene. She went on to play the wife in The Grabowskis.
