- Alternate Character Interpretation: At the end of Cootie Gras, did the girls kiss Harry as payback for trying to scare them, or did they genuinely reciprocate his feelings?
- Angst? What Angst?: Upon learning that cooties aren’t real, the girls go from being absolutely terrified of Harry to willingly kissing him, ignoring the number of nightmares they had of him throughout the episode.
- Big-Lipped Alligator Moment: At the end of Cootie Gras, the girls after learning that cooties aren’t real, kiss Harry all over the face. It is jarring to say the least, as it feels like an Out-of-Character Moment for them, especially Buttercup. Adding to the fact that their kisses actually left lipstick marks on his face despite being five year old girls
- Crosses the Line Twice: The Narrator's quip at the end of "Cootie Gras", when Mojo Jojo is thrown into prison, and an inmate starts to eye him:
- Narm Charm: The kissing scene at the end can be seen as this, especially since Harry ended up getting covered in lipstick marks as a result.
