• Hilarious in Hindsight:
  • A game show where winning ludicrous sums of money was just down to a series of 50/50 crapshoots. This series' "Heads or Tails", or the very real Red or Black?? Or the equally very real Justin Lee Collins vehicle which was literally called "Heads or Tails"?
  • The Memetic Kitchen Gun sketch is even more amusing when Peter Serafinowicz starred in John Wick: Chapter 2 also as someone selling guns (abliet in a more refined way then the bombastic way here).
• Memetic Mutation: Kitchen Gun. ^Explanation Originated from a parody of the Cillit Bang commercials. Serafinowicz's batshit insane Derek Bum, as well as Serafinowicz enjoying shooting that gun way too much, caused it to spread like wildfire on the internet, most notably in YTPMV's.
• Parody Displacement: Brian Butterfield's original basis is the Personal Injury Helpline ad presented by long-time voice-over artist Basil Soper. Nowadays, this ad is largely forgotten, with the linked video being full of comments making Butterfield references and expressing surprise that the sketches were based on real life.
• Retroactive Recognition: Benedict Wong makes a few background appearances, including as Yoko Ono.
